What an absolutely phenomenal place!! The folks here in the parts dept, primarily “Nick” are beyond exceptional!! Nick not only has extensive knowledge about Honda parts, he has a personality that’s kind and genuine! After being profoundly disappointed by a Burlington Honda dealership, (promised a ski rack & sliders was in stock and available, which wasn’t at all the case) 802 Honda saved Christmas and got us the accessories we needed for my daughters CRV. I couldn’t believe the kind, friendly, and helpful staff that greeted me when I walked through the door of 802 Honda. They brightened my whole day and renewed my faith in car dealerships!! The service department folks were also outstanding! I’m a huge dog lover (it’s fair to say I love animals more than most humans) and they had 2 of the sweetest , cutest puppies in service! Doug was a wonderful salesperson. He took his time going through different cars with me and explaining all the plus and minuses. He arranged for my trade in to be tested and gave me a fair price for the trade in, He explained everything that would happen, once i settled on a car. He was very kind and professional and answered all questions I had. Then Frankie, was so professional doing all the paperwork that was required and made the sale paperwork so seamless and smooth.

Best car shopping experience we've ever had! Knowledgeable, respectful and thoughtful staff. Very smooth experience at a lower cost than any other dealer we visited. No feelings of being taken for a ride (so to speak) or bamboozled into a car we didn't want at a higher cost. So happy to be working with 802 Honda.

We had a great experience at 802 Honda. From the start, it was smooth and no pressure. Mark spent a lot of time with us trying to figure out what would work best. Once the car arrived, he was so patient and did a great job showing us the features of the new car. We are completely happy with this car and really glad that we went hybrid.

Their service department is great! I purchased a vehicle from a different Honda Dealership because it was arriving before 802 could get one in. They still service my vehicle and handle the warranty part that I was having continuous problems through my original dealer. They also are so nice to our pup while we wait for the service to be completed. Will continue to get service done at 802 and next vehicle purchase through them!

Service was fantastic. New car availability has been horrendous post-covid, but they were able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for relatively quickly. Great communication - helpful but not pushy. Worked with Shellie who was knowledgeable and kind. She seemed genuinely excited to be working with me and made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We just purchased a 2023 Honda Ridgeline from 802 Honda.
