I had my 2013 ILX detailed yesterday and did a great job. My advisor was also great and made sure my car was ready when I needed it.

Best buying experience ever! We've purchased many cars and have never really enjoyed the experience. However, this time it was absolutely amazing! No haggling, great deal, very nice team and we were done in no time! I would highly recommend buying a car at Acura of Concord

AB was great to work with, not pushy or over sales but very helpful. Had a positive experience overall. Updating review because I am unhappy with the finance manager, can’t remember his name. Super pushy regarding adding an extended warranty for the vehicle, we stated several times we didn’t want it, but somehow the multiple no’s didn’t seem to be enough. We ended up just giving in & now I feel like I’m not sure I would feel comfortable buying from here again. AB was great and definitely would recommend him, but finance manager is a no.

I started looking for a new car a couple weeks ago and found myself at Acura of Concord. I could not be more pleased with the customer service they offered and the time they took to make sure I was leaving in the car I wanted. Chip, our sales associate was so kind and kept in contact (as this process was a little longer for me due to my previous vehicular situation). On my actual date of purchase, he was out of office, but the rest of the team Will, Esmeralda, and the gentleman in finance, were ready to step up and were more than happy and willing to assist me in completing my transaction. Acura of Concord went over and above to ensure they had a satisfied customer and I cannot say enough good things about them. They truly exceeded my expectations and take their customer service seriously. Highly highly recommend taking your business to them!

So Sad I’ve been coming here for over 25 years and happily paying $100+ for an oil change, etc. why? Because they would treat me with respect and even luxury. This place must have fallen under new management. I schedule my simple oil change two weeks in advance yet when I got there on time, was ignored for ten minutes at least and then told to fill out a form with my name and email. So, I did. Then at least 10 minutes later no one had even come to inform me of anything, so I left. An hour later I get a call from them saying they “saw my form and were wondering where I was.” Never going back. Went to Firestone in Pleasant Hill and got immediate service and professionalism and only paid $30! True story.

Went in to Test drive and left with a beautiful RDX. Peter and Mansoor were very kind and easy to make a deal with. Best car buying experience for me!

Purchased a new Acura from them and it was a great experience! Worked mainly with William and Peter, but everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly never made me feel pressured or smothered lol!

I really like their sales team, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Definitely recommend them!
