Slow service, bad communication. Previous experiences were very good, but this time I waited half an hour to be told the car I wanted had already been sold and that the nearest comparable vehicle would cost an additional $5,000. Also tried to pressure me into using their financing instead of the credit union I know and trust. My wife and I were very disappointed.

The experience overall was bad. My son bought a car there. He was preapproved for the car before hand. They approved him again and did another application. We were there all day Friday and had to go back on Saturday. It was the biggest mess. The sales man was nice. However the sales manager was not. I probably would not recommend going here.

They also did not get upset or unpleasant in any way when I walked away from the deal and took a day off to run my numbers. I highly recommend you ask for them!

Took the car in I've had for 2 weeks because of a caution light on a friday. Said it was a module. Brought it back on Monday and it didnt get looked at till Thursday which they said it was rest. Drove it home and the lights back on. I called everyday for a week and everyday no return call or they called me someone else name. total gaggle for me to get my new car back the same way I gave it to them. Broke. Week with out my car for nothing.

1st experience, brought 500 pop in for recall - They lost the car (literally lost it, no record, had to call them 2 weeks later to find THAT much out). Total time without car for a recall: ~1 MONTH. (Book hours for the job = <3 hours) 2nd experience, brought in for the same issue, took 3 days. YAY, maybe. Being so happy to leave, didn't walk around the car. Next morning, found a bumper-sized (not door sized) dent concaving the passenger side door. Called them to question, got hung up on. Fine. Called insurance, guess what? They "couldn't get through to anyone who could take responsibility." The irony of this company being owned by "Dodge" isn't lost on me. Fiat owners beware
