As we all know, when you need a car these days, it's not easy to find one. I happened upon Bayside Toyota Smart Path and found a car that fit what I needed. My husband called Bayside, the car was there and being loaded off the truck. I drove up to see it, and came in the next day to make the purchase. Otis, Jeff, Kevin, and Robin were all incredibly helpful. I had to be somewhere that afternoon and they made sure I was in and out in under 2 hours! The process was smooth efficient, the price was upfront - this is what it is - no back and forth. I appreciate that straightforwardness and just knowing what to expect. It was for sure one of my best car buying experiences despite the pandemic costs of getting a new car. Plus, I get Bayside oil changes and tire rotation for 3 years! I'll be taking advantage of that for sure. So, after months of playing what felt like a game of whack a mole looking for a car to fit my budget and needs (and being told one price only to get to the dealer and find the car either sold, or a $10,000 mark up), I finally drove off in my new Corolla hybrid (Which got over 60 MPG on it's first trip out!).

After dealing with multiple dealers in the DMV for the last month, Bayside Toyota was by far the most professional, engaging, friendly, and just made the buying experience amazing.
