The dealership never disappoints! Sal was awesome. He was super attentive and explained things in a way I would understand. As a young woman who is a part of a demographic that can often be led astray at a dealership, this is so important to me. Sal and the mechanics had my oil and filter change done within an hour, which was a pleasant surprise since I didn’t pick express, but it felt like express service! Great job guys!

I wasn’t going to write a review but I’ve bought many cars in my life time, new and used and I walked into this dealership and everyone seemed not happy to be there. They were not that helpful and treated you like your a second class citizen because your buying a used car. There was several issues with the car that we brought up to have them to fix “kinda simple fixes” before we went through with the purchase, but because it was used they didn’t want any part of fixing it or even cleaning the car for you if you bought it. I get it “buy as it” “used car” But would it really hurt to make your buyers feel good about buying one of their cars? I will never go to this dealership again. I’m so thankful it didn’t work out here because we purchased an even better car over at Dolan Mazda where they were so helpful, welcoming, detailed our new/used car, filled up the tank and made the whole process so easy and friendly.

The worst car buying experience I've ever had. Cars are apparently drastically over priced, and the sales team seems like they will pick whichever loans and banks best suit their needs. I allowed myself to be swindled into over paying for a 14 year old car at more than double the interest rate I could have had. I called a local credit union and they would have offered me around 6% interest on a loan that the "wonderful" team at Bill Pearce was able to provide at almost 15%. I can't even refinance the car because the loan is 20-30% more than the vehicle is worth. I would need an additional down payment to get a reasonable interest rate and payment. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in the future.

**Edit to add.....the brakes were squeaking 3 days after we bought it. I hate having to do repairs after just buying a vehicle. It's extremely frustrating. I'm so happy with the experience we had at this dealership. It was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. The salesman Russell, and the finance manager were very friendly, and super helpful. They helped us stay close to our budget and helped us find the perfect van for our family. We had a horrendous time buying a van from a smaller dealership in Reno last year, so I'm very glad we went with a bigger dealership this year. I really hope we don't have to deal with another car anything for a very long time....but if we do, it'll be at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. I absolutely love my van.

Bought a car from Bill Peirce BMWs. A Honda. ( a Trade IN) loved it had some in no way was the dealers fault issues 8 days later. Kinda major issues turned out. they took care of it all. I would so recommend this company as you can trust them. They did what was right. Brandy was my point person and she was awesome!!.

This two star review is to let everyone know to avoid Debbie at the customer service department at all costs. Her favorite words are “that is not under warranty.” Rude, unhelpful, lacks knowledge to help you with fixing what’s wrong with your car, and will make you want to pull your hair out. She does not care about her clients and actually providing service. I’m sure she has great qualities that may suit her better in another line of work, but this is not the job for her. Please see this review Honda! Thanks for the reply. Its not the information given that is the frustrating part, it’s the way I was treated in the process. Rich informed me of all of that and was very helpful and polite. I have had many conversations with Debbie in the past and this will be my last because she has treated my wife and I poorly at every encounter. Again the two stars is not because my car tire isn’t under warranty, it’s for the bad customer service.

BIG SHOW
While I always dread coming into these places I was quite surprised today. I was met by Irina who is as wonderful and pleasing as they come. No pressure, wonderful to talk to and made me feel very relaxed. The sales process was seamless, finance was low key and Moises was great to chat with also. Overall no complaints. Only advice is to watch the add ons such as gap and warranty. I wanted them but gap was added prior to my approval. 2 1/2 hours in and out is close to a record! Thanks guys!
