Personally I am a salesman myself and when I tell you that the experience I had here was very smooth and the two people that helped me out the most really made it fun and easy to shop for the Vehicle I was searching for. Abe and Sales Manager John really broke down every detail to make sure myself and my family understood what was being offered and all. My parents currently own a Nissan and when the time is right I will Definitely be coming back to Abe to make sure my parents get the right car and monthly. Had a very good experience when we came here to look at a car for my husband. We came here because he was looking for a certain type 6 speed manual and we came across the Mazda 3 touring. Our sales guy was kaz. He was really nice and easy going. Everything was stress free. We liked how when he brought the car up. He open the hood and all doors so we can inspect. Sometimes it’s the little things that make your experience better. From the moment we got there, the test drives , paper work and then finance department. It was a total of 2 hours. But it was such a relaxing experience NO STRESS & we’re very happy with the payments and all the add ons. Everyone was super friendly and down to earth. Eddie was also a down to earth guy. He was the last person we finish with financing etc. you can tell they take care of there Acura and the used cars. For an 2018. My husband car looks brand new! We’re definitely happy with there service and I will be trading in my car in a couple years and will definitely go back. Thanks again!!

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! I was referred to Scott Doyle by a family member who was incredibly happy with his good energy, experience and expertise. Scott was knowledgeable and incredibly efficient to my wants and needs as well as with any questions and concerns I had. He was also very straight forward and honest, in prior experiences with other dealerships, I did not have that same candor. Not only was my experience stress free, I was also not kept in the dealership for hours, and in the end I got the exact car I wanted! My wonderful experience didn’t stop with Scott but continued in finance with manager Elaine Lewis. Elaine was knowledgeable and efficient, answering all inquiries I had, making the process straight forward and effortless. I was so pleased in my experience I also referred my mother, who purchased a car at this same dealership with Scott a month later. She had the exact same experience and couldn’t be happier with her new vehicle! She purchased a Nissan that was in such pristine condition not one person would believe it was a 2017 and not a 2021 model!

Mike Hanna and John the sales manager were absolutely amazing . They helped me secure an amazing deal with my new truck for my company . UPDATE 2022: I went in with my 2018 Tlx aspec into service yesterday and was just curious to see how it would be if I traded to the 2022. I was definitely not looking to leave with a new vehicle but as it turns out that’s what happened! All thanks to the sales rep that tapped on my shoulder to let me know I was unknowingly spilling my water all over their floor🤣 Murad was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout the process! I do admit I gave him a bit of a hard time haha! He made the entire process go smoothly and had great jokes along the way. I am glad I ran into him when I was walking towards the sales area. Couldn’t have gone any better! Thanks so much to Murad, and the Bridgewater Acura Team. Always with amazing service and professionalism. If I could give a 11/10 I most definitely would without hesitation. Added new photos of my upgrade to this thread. February 2021: I went in to 'see' a 2018 Acura TLX 3.5 V-6 SH-AWD with A-SPEC. Kaz Z. helped me all the way through! He was attentive, kind, professional, and not to mention quite funny! He sold me on the car right away even though I was not planning on buying it that day! From the moment I stepped in the dealership he went above and beyond for me. I also met Obie who assisted with the transaction finances. He also went above and beyond! Found me the best deal possible! They both were very upfront, honest, no BS fee's. I absolutely love everyone here! Including the front desk sales representative! I have had such a great experience that I will always be coming back here to do all maintenance even though I have an Acura dealer about 15 minutes from me. I will definitely be taking the 40 minute ride to Bridgewater Acura because of the wonderful service that was provided! & honestly, so I can visit 'Uncle Kaz' again! LOL.
