My experience with Jimmy Barber and BMW Northwest was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. From the scheduling of the test drive, setting expectations, and the follow up after the sale were outstanding! I was in the market for a late model BMW 335/340 with a manual transmission and < 70,000 miles, and when I was looking there were 5 in the country, and of those 5, a few were marked as manual transmission, but the stick with the “P/R/N/D” on it said otherwise. I saw the car on an online ad, and there was just one picture, and e-mailed the ad, as I was going to be Pacific Northwest. I asked Jimmy if the car was indeed a stick shift, and he confirmed it. He let me know that the car was being prepped for sale, and it would be available to test drive on Friday, April 15. He also mentioned that the car may not yet be detailed, as he did not want to have me disappointed in the appearance. I was grateful for that, and when I got to Fife (two hours early), I walked around the lot, looking for the car, and then called Jimmy to let him know I was there. He let me test drive the car early, and two trips around the loop there, including I-5 and the road that BMW Northwest is located convinced me to buy it. He and Susan took care of the paperwork, and then we needed to coordinate the transportation out to South Carolina. Your team got everything set up with the moving company I chose, and the car arrived 4 days later. I’ll attribute the dirt on it to the outdoor transport, as the inside was spotless and clean. A few highlights: Any time I had a question, Jimmy responded within 5 minutes Jimmy and the team took care of everything I asked about Not knowing how to coordinate cross-country auto transport Setting up ConnectedDrive while I was in Oregon and the car was in Washington Putting the car into My Garage in the BMW app Taking care of the cross state paperwork (actually, cross-country paperwork…) A small problem with the 2nd key not transporting with the car was resolved quickly. It’s not the problems that define us, it’s how we solve them Susan Grissom is a wonderful person to work with and made the finance process a walk in the park. As we worked through the government paperwork, it was a conversational tone, and I felt like we were friends signing some paperwork together, not rushed, and everything was explained well. Having previous experience with finance people at other car dealerships make me feel like they were hiding something, Susan’s approach was friendly and courteous, again, like friends signing some paperwork because it was needed to keep everything legal. The whole staff, and everyone I talked to made this (my 11th car purchase) the most complex and easiest car purchase ever The whole buying process took about 2 ½ hours to complete, including the test drive, decision, and execution of the paperwork My recommendation for anyone local or from anywhere in the country is for them to look to BMW Northwest to purchase the car from for a professional, friendly, and easy experience.

I had my experience with Tacoma Mini which I guess is part of BMW NW. Had a great experience trading in my car and getting a Lexus! My whole experience took about 4 hours, which included looking and test driving the car. Huge shoutout to the people who helped me: Trevor, Andrew and Kenny. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable without being too pushy (which I very much appreciated). Would definitely recommend!

Always receive a greeting by my first name. Feel like family while there. They need more models. As I think I have purchased most them. Ok so those model need seat belts installed. Once you have purchased a Ducati or BMW you will never have the need to buy anything else.
