This was by far the best, and easiest car purchasing experience I’ve ever had in my life. I worked with Desmond and he was fantastic. Not pushy, didn’t try to over sell me, but helped me get exactly what I wanted. The whole process was so smooth and painless. Something I thought I’d never say about car buying! They absolutely showed me what the difference between an “average “ car buying experience and an excellent one is. I’m beyond thrilled to have my new car and will absolutely be back in the future!

BMW of Arlington was one of the best dealership I’ve purchased my car through. Andreas in sales and the whole team made it very easy to purchase a new vehicle. Exceptional customer service and great management team. Very friendly and great discounts/offers on vehicles. I would definitely be buying my next vehicle from here. The service department here always have great deals on oil changes and other vehicle maintenance. I have been taking my 08 335i since 2009. This is my second purchase from BMW of Arlington, and my experience continues to be exceptional. They stayed engaged throughout the build process. Communicating on each stage. They were proactive in working through questions. They worked very hard to meet my wishes, getting the car delivered 2 months ahead of the original estimate. They made a very fair offer on my trade in and found me a great rate for my loan. I would highly recommend BMW of Arlington if you are considering buying a BMW. I am looking forward to continuing to work with them for my maintenance.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new 2022 BMW X7 with BMW of Arlington. They were easy to work with on what inventory would be coming in, and I was able to find a new car quite quickly. At pickup everyone was fantastic to work with- majority of the time was spent just making sure I knew how to use all the features (thanks to BMW genius Tyler). Katherine in finance was also super easy to work with on the paperwork. Overall would highly recommend this dealership. Update- A week after I had my car someone hit me in a parking lot. BMW of Arlington went above and beyond again referring me over to GP1 Collision which they also own, and provided a loaner car for the few days the repair was being completed. The car looks new again. Massive thanks to the GM Mo and their entire leadership team. I'll always return here for any new vehicle needs and service. THANK YOU!

I was interested in driving a BMW M8 as I wanted a car to beat my e63s 2020, but they didn't let me unless I discussed numbers which I don't understand because if I don't like how the car drives then why would I talk numbers. Also, the manager made some sneerish comments when talking to his salesman when discussing on whether or not I should drive the car. I'll stick with other European brands as I have never been treated like this in any other dealership.

Worst service department and advisor I’ve ever dealt with. Will not be returning nor will friends/family. Turns out they also curbed my forged custom wheels. Gotta love it. Avoid this dealer like the plague.

My experience at BMW of Arlington was awesome. My appointment was 7:30 AM my car was taken in immediately upon arrival. My (Tech) Sean was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The best part was Sean went above and beyond, he pulled up current recalls on my car and they were able to extend my scheduled appointment. The modifications were addressed and completed. I am truly grateful for such good service. So much that I set my next appointment to have additional work done. Thank you Sean 😊

Had an amazing experience with this dealership. Highly recommend it. Customer service and responsiveness by their Staff is top notch.
