What an easy and awesome experience. This was the first time EVER buying a car that I didn’t feel hassled or pressured. They let me know they were there if I needed but weren’t pushy. I would 100% recommend buying a car from BMW Bend. Jordan was awesome also and didn’t make me feel like I had to decide right away which I have never experienced with a car salesman. I will definitely be back for future purchases and highly recommend to my friends and family. Plus they made a BMW believer out of me! I love my new BMW!

Coming from Seattle and doing most of the initial transaction online, Jordan kept me informed on car's shipment process and what to expect when I got to the dealership. He even picked me up from the airport in Redmond and had everything ready so that I could hit the road as soon as possible for the 6 hours drive back to Seattle. I recently purchased a BMW 330 E from BMW of Bend. The buying experience was very easy. I went to BMW's online build tool and submitted my request to BMW Bend. I got a prompt reply from Ian who helped me with the purchase. I financed the car and they gave me a good rate. Even in our current supply chain and product shortage economy they were able to build and deliver my car in 2 months. Unfortunately I couldn't pick up my car so soon. Ian was able to work with me to keep car in storage for another month (They also picked me up from the airport). I really appreciate this level of service from BMW of Bend. When I picked up the car, Ian was very organized and helpful with answering any questions I had. Although I thought the whole buying experience was great they do have high pressure sales (From the finance guy, not Ian) when you pick up the car for extended services (warranties). Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.
