This is a crazy time to purchase a car, my husband and I went to four different car dealerships. We had unpleasant experiences at the first three, then we came across our dream used Buick at BMW of Des Moines. We really enjoyed our time and felt like our salesperson, Carson, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted us in the purchase of our Buick and got us a very reasonable price. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very nice and really made us feel at home. We will definitely recommend Carson at BMW of Des Moines to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I’m on my 2nd lease with this dealer and I can’t deny I’m having a blast with my new 2022 X3. Calvin was very knowledgeable and professional. Him and the staff made sure I was happy. I’m immune compromised and they did their best to get me out of the dealer as quick as possible. Can’t ask for more, great people and a great dealership!

Worst experience I’ve had with a dealership in 30 years! I leased an M850i from Calvin May of 21. 6 month ago I had the car dropped off to fix a flat. In the process they lost my spare key. Last month my sunroof stopped working so I called in on two different occasions could never reach the service department. On the third day that I was going to follow up and see if I could get a hold of anyone my car completely stopped working altogether. It won’t start no power nothing so I continued with calls attempting to get a hold of the service department. After five continuous days I was able to reach the front desk and spoke to an individual named Geri. I asked if anyone was working in the service department and she said of course they’re working there but they’re really busy and I told her she didn’t have to be so rude and she hung up on me. I called back and asked her if she would give me a manager and she said no and hung up on me again. So I proceeded to call my sales guy Calvin and ask for assistance which he offered. I was out of town so I had a family member attempt to drop the keys off at again either Jerry or the service manager I’m not sure who because I wasn’t there refused to take the keys because they said I had to go through a series of steps before they would except the car in for service. So naturally I text my sales guy Calvin back and asked if he could assist and nothing….crickets. I would avoid this dealership like the plague I’ve never dealt with such terrible customer service in my life. I get businesses are shorthanded and working tirelessly but I’m out of town for two months all they had to do was take my keys and say will get to it as soon as we can sorry for the inconvenience.

So I had a recall on my BMW 328xi for a PCV. I tried to call and get information about the recall because my car is running awful you can hear the vacuum leak in the engine bay. No answer from service department and I left numerous voice messages but no return call I honestly love BMW as a brand but the customer service makes me want to switch to another German auto group. HOPEFULLY THEY RETURN MY PHONE AND GIVE ME MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE RECALL AND WHEN IT CAN BE PERFORMED.
