This was my first BMW and I had an amazing experience ordering a vehicle at BMW of Morristown, all thanks to Rick. He was very transparent and informative throughout the entire process. He helped guide me through the available options to make sure that I was able to configure the car exactly how I wanted. During my time at the dealership Rick was very patient and accommodating, not once did I feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions. Today we bought a 2019 X3 at the BMW of Morristown. We had been in a few times before to test drive and review used inventory available. Each visit had been very pleasant from start to finish. Sean had helped us throughout the process and did not make us feel pressured like they had at other dealerships. He was very honest which we really valued- he didn’t just want to sell us any car, he wanted to make sure it was right. The entire dealership is very professional with top notch customer service. My experience at BMW Morristown was really cool. I had the best consultant/ sales rep, Sean. He made the process real smooth and simple. He never had a problem answering any questions or even helping me to get more clarity on something. I even had concerns about another vehicle at a different dealership and he gave me good advice on how to move in case I decided to go in a different direction. I felt like I was talking with a family member, that just so happen to work at a BMW dealership. Very professional but also very hospitable. In the end, I decided to stay with Morristown dealership because it had the overall better deal, better car and better team. If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle from them, just know, that they do not make you feel pressured or confused. They really are just trying to help. I recently purchased a 2 series from BMW of Morristown. They experience was great. Wendy and Marc were great to work with and answered all of my questions. I showed up without an appointment and they found time to fit me into their busy schedules and get the car I wanted that day. My experience at BMW of Morristown was exceptional. That began with the attentive guidance of Diana while selecting and test driving vehicles, and ran through the entire car-buying process. Diana was incredibly generous with her time and accommodated our schedules—and she was very easy to work with! Had a great experience with this dealership. Received a fair price on my trade in and bought this CPO 2019 430i X Drive with Sean and his team. Sean’s a great guy and didn’t play games. Just got the new 2023 x7 today through Peter, highly recommend him as client advisor. He guided us through the process in selecting the car and laying out the options without providing any pressure along the way, making the buying process seamless. Thanks to Rich and Mo as well on the finance side. I’m happy with the purchase. Although wasn’t a big fan of paying $4k above msrp.
