Ask for Brendan the salesman! My experience was awesome. I was an out of state buyer looking for a bmw x6 m50i. Brendan made sure this process was the smoothest it could be, he answered all my questions, showed me pictures and videos of the car, and even face-timed me, to give me a real time view. In the process I had still had my doubts because anything i buy that i can’t physically see, i feel un-edged, but my car is here, its in perfect condition, and he also helped me with shipping my car, which took only 4 days to get to me!! Took my 435 convertible there for a mixture too lean code.. over $2,000 later and it still throws a code sometimes Bought an x5 from this dealership, heads up display didn’t work during test drive, they said they would fix it. Brought the car back FOUR different times .. all they did was check the battery and say everything was fine. Dealership is about an hour away from me so you can imagine how much time was spent driving there and back. Anyway.. I changed the battery myself and it hasn’t happened since. Long story story short, the sales team was great, Brendan was awesome to work with. The service department is literally the worst I have ever dealt with (I’m on my fourth BMW so working with dealerships is nothing new). My service manager Maria(?) was terrible and wouldn’t even answer or return my calls 70% of the time. She would act annoyed whenever I did actually get through to her. If you’re going to buy a car from them you’ll probably have a good experience but I would highly advise against using their service department.

I just traded my 3 series in for a new Audi A4. I would have bought another BMW; however, their service team is awful. They don’t answer the phone. Ever. You can leave a message which they will never return. In five years of taking my car here, the best practice was just showing up at 8:00 and dropping the car off without an appointment. Yes, they will upsell repairs.
