Also, my associate Johnny has been the best representative I've worked with. Johnny did such a great job helping me through ordering, selecting features, and understanding the production process. Ordered my car in August and worked with Nino Cavazos and he was amazing!! When I drove in to finalize the paperwork I was pleasantly surprised. They worked with what I was looking for. Nino was always available via text and answered all questions and concerns that I had. My biggest surprise was when I sat down with the financing Manager and after I had agreed to terms said that he would be able to get me an even better rate so we could save more. That meant a lot. When you put this much down on a car and make this big of an investment, it's great to know that this is not your typical dealership that tries to pull a few fast ones. Again, great experience, amazing car, and will definitely buy again! If you're looking for a sales person that is genuine and is always looking for ways to support your needs, ask for Nino!

WERE NOT HONEST……. Went in to buy a used car. Cars body wasn’t in the best of shape and the cars engine had an obvious oil leak at some point. When I turned the car on the check engine light and the electrical power steering light illuminated. I turned the car off and turned it back on, same lights came on and stayed on. I should’ve driven it to AutoZone so they could pull the codes in but instead the sales person took it to the back. He called me later and said nothing was wrong with the car. He said when the car was turned off and turned back on, no codes came on. If they were honest and would’ve just told me what it was I would’ve taken the car. But because they cleared the codes and acted like nothing was wrong I decided not to take the car. I will never be back there, and I will never recommend anyone to go there

‼️STAY AWAY‼️ If you value your time, money and sanity, stay far away from this joke of a dealership. Our experience started off on a bad note when a sales advisor that we were introduced to took almost 10 minutes to get to us because he was wrapping up with another client. Why pair us with him if he wasn’t even ready? We explicitly told him what we were interested in and what our budget was. Then after 3 HOURS of waiting around and being swindled into thinking leasing a new car was the right option for us, we walked out with numbers for a brand new X5 that was 3 times the amount we originally asked to stay within. As we were walking out, our advisor kept saying that whatever car we get next we should lease and whatever else he could say to get us to turn around and sign the dotted line on a blood contract. We were upset that we were given the run around and $5k less for our trade in than 3 other dealers were offering. After going next door to AutoNation, they gave us what we asked for within 5 mins of being there and we test drove a BMW X6 that was well within our budget. The only positive remark about doing business with BMW directly are the current promotions that the other dealer could not match. After deliberating, we went back to BMW where I spoke with one of the managers who apologized after explaining to him our prior experience. He paired us with a new advisor and we told him what we wanted. After going to lunch and coming back, the new advisor was nowhere to be found. Another advisor was sent to help us and I told him that I wanted to test drive a particular car but if he couldn’t find it to also bring the keys to one that was on the lot already. He took 20 minutes to find the original car which he still had not done nor did he provide the keys to the alternative option that was already in front of us. After flagging the manager down on our way out, we told him we would never do business with them again and his response was “would lowering the numbers bring you back in?” ABSOLUTELY NOT! Never have my husband or myself been treated with such disrespect. We have purchased well over 20 cars between the both of us and never has it taken 3 hours to get an appraisal let alone even test drive something within the first 30 minutes which we didn’t even do during our 3 visits there today.

100% scam and incompetence in their service department. $5k later I found out they misdiagnosed the problem and it still has the same issue. Then suddenly it's another 5k for the same issue. Apparent with their estimate and write up they were marking up EVERYTHING they could even when items did not need to be replaced. Anyone that wants evidence, I will be more than happy to share as well as share the BMW mechanic that fixed the problem as well as downloaded the previous codes to show that BMW didn't even attempt to look into it but found the most expensive fix.
