In late September 2022, I was fortunate enough to find a low miles, recent model year BMW 5-series at Sioux Falls BMW. Being out of state, I reached out and was able to connect quickly with Brendan Wieland (Sales) and Brianna Steele (Financing). Both were extremely consultative and supporting through the "virtual" car buying process. They quickly responded to my queries with thoughtful insights and recommendations. Jeff Charboneau has been a pleasure to work with, he is very responsive and direct. I had a complicated out of state purchase with a trade and trying to make the transaction work against an end of the year deadline. Jeff made it all work and it was a very easy process overall. Next time I am in the market for a new BMW, I sure will be reaching out to Jeff first.

Came in because my key battery was low / not working. Aaron took me right over to the service department and got me taken care of right away. I will definitely be back.

I can't tell you enough good things about this place. I don't work here so don't think that. This is the 5th BMW we have had. Let me tell the story. Three weeks ago I fell in love with a 328 xi, but the love didn't last. The car was not for me. We took it back and told the sales woman (Carol, great lady to work with) that we did not want it and wanted something else. I don't know what kind of pull she has, but we left in a new 430xi 1.5 interest rate, talk about nice. It was very nice. All I can say is thank you Carol from Mike and Harriet Yocum. I forgot, thank you BMW of Sioux Falls.

Jeff and the rest of the team were terrific! I bought the car from out of state without visiting the dealership and there wasn't a single hiccup. The car's condition was described perfectly, that it is to say it was incredible. I don't want to tell anyone, but SFSD is an M car honey hole!

I have my fleet of 20+ vehicles serviced and cared for by Luxury Auto Mall. Steve Andino and his techs are knowledgeable, timely, and take great care of my fleet. Steve goes above and beyond to take care of me and makes me feel very appreciated. His customer service approach matches that of some of the finest vacation resorts we have visited. He cares and it shows! Luxury Auto Mall is very fortunate to have Steve. Luxury Auto Mall is a fantastic dealership! They have an amazing sales and service team!

Great service at a fair price as well as helpful and knowledgeable staff locally owned family business not to mention no advertising at all all word-of-mouth repeat customers friends neighbors and everyone else in the community. Too bad I can’t say the same thing for the Ford in Lincoln dealership ! the mechanics are great and the girls in the office are wonderful but the management and sales guys are entitled lazy play favorites and I will say this I have to be careful how I said I won’t say they’re racist but they are definitely without any shadow of a doubt very prejudiced

The only thing good I have to say is they got my car done in 50 minutes instead of an hour like they said. Even Tho the messed up putting pieces of the interior back together. Employees where kinda snoby, especially for making me drive the 3 plus hours I did just for a recall. didn't provided a loaner vehicle when there was one that sat the whole day. when I asked they had more comments like yea I can drive you around but it's gonna cost you. For a company that sells high end cars you would think that they would have that figured out for the customer for a RECALL they messed up on at the end of the day.
