BMW of Spokane never disappoints. I have bought a couple BMW's from them and have had cars serviced through them and each experience was great. They are welcoming, nice, and go out of their way to make sure you have all the information. Recently, I worked with Dylan F. to build and order a custom BMW and he was extremely helpful and really took his time to help me through the process. He has also been giving me regular updates on the status of the order. Always a good experience at BMW of Spokane!

Found the X5 I wanted on the website. Had my trade in appraised, had even more cash for a down payment. Started everything online, loan was approved, all I had to do was drop off my trade, sign the deal and drive away. The sale person that was barely talking to me would only do so through email. When I called he said he was with anything customer. Since I had everything in place at 4pm I asked if I could come down the same day (Monday) to take care of everything. I told them I could be there by 5pm because I had to run home and get the title for my trade. Was told he was too busy and asked if I could come tomorrow. Told him due to my work schedule I could not come down until the following Sunday. His reply was I guess Sunday it is, a few emails later asked for a deposit to hold the car for me. No Thanks! I understand everyone is short staffed these days but when the customer has done all the work for your deal make you should be willing to go that little bit extra. Sorry but no customer service here at all.

Great place to get your BMW checked out!! Had my oil changed recently and Josh Rivas was the best at letting me know what needed to be fixed about my car. He offered the 3-year oil change which was completely affordable. They even checked my battery and gave me a full report of everything they checked out, other than my oil. I was able to use their shuttle services to get back to my house and back to the dealership. I had an amazing experience with BMW and I will definitely be coming back. I really appreciated how they did not try to up charge or sell me stuff that I did not need. 5/5!

Our car buying process was flawless. Our salesperson Jessica C. was incredibly easy to work with and she went out of her way to ensure we got into the right BMW for us. We looked at many different vehicles and after recognizing what would work for us (even we didn't know what we wanted), she used her knowledge and ultimately took us to the one we purchased. Being out-of-state buyers, much of the car buying process was done over the phone. She was always responsive and she took the time to go over any questions we had. Josh was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. He wasn't pushy and explained the necessary repairs my car needed. I loved the fact that I received a video showing the work that needed to be done and that he was available to answer any questions through text, which he responded to, very quickly! I'd definitely bring my vehicle back into him!

The BMW service department has been great. I had a major fuel system repair required after getting bad fuel and was really concerned the car wouldn’t perform the same again. I was wrong! It’s driving and running great, they were responsive and did quality work. I’m thankful for the service managers and the mechanics. I was in many different times and everyone I spoke to was very professional. Awesome! Thank you!
