Don’t go here to service your car. They had me wait around most of the day even though I waited a week for an appointment. Then they said I needed over $4000 in repairs without much explanation and said that the repairs might bring up new problems to fix. I got a second opinion at an honest and competent independent German car mechanic and they were and able to diagnose and fix the issue in a few hours at a very minimal cost.

I recently purchased 2023 M4 from Bobby Rahal BMW and traded in my 2018 M4. I had a wonderful experience with the sales advisor (Jordan Jesse). He was very professional and prompt in responding to my queries. My initial order got damaged in transit but dealership was honest in sharing the details of the damaged car and were nice enough to not only re-order the car immediately but also gave me a discount on MSRP to honor the pricing as per the initial order. I had never owned a BMW before, so I needed a little extra help from the sales person with the different models and packages available. Joe was kind and courteous, especially on his 10th trip back inside for another set of keys! Haha. He was knowledgeable about the features and specifications, and was straightforward about the expectations for financing options. I would definitely use this dealer again, and you should too. This is the best service center I have ever taken any car to! Complete transparency and they walk you through the diagnostic step by step. Declan is an incredible technician and my car runs beautifully now. I am beyond pleased, and would give more stars if I could!

I would have rated this place 5 stars before this. They did about $2000 worth of work when I had it inspected a few months ago. I did not have them replace the brakes and went someplace else, saving about $400. Apparently, the tech thought it would be cute to torque down one of the lug nuts presumably because I declined their service.

Seriously high praise for this dealership!! I just completed the purchase of a pre-owned non-BMW today and just have to say that the entire experience was about as painless as it gets for buying a car! I started talking with Jesse Jordan via website chat and he was responsive, patient and knowledgeable. Then I was treated like royalty when I went for the test drive and to ultimately purchase the vehicle. I'm not sure that a new beemer would ever be in my budget, but if it were, this would be the only dealership I would consider! This place rocks!!!
