Horrible experience purchasing a Volvo XC90. Would never purchase here again! Found the specific vehicle I wanted to trade in. Andy was extremely condescending the entire process. The vehicle I purchased had 76K miles on it, but he assured me it was in excellent condition. Since purchasing (and of course, after signing a "as is" agreement), we've discovered a number of features that were advertised in the listing do not work. However, they did not disclose they weren't working because it has so many miles and I can't expect a car to work perfectly, and "our service team just doesnt have time to check everything". He said we could bring it in, but they wouldn't cover the repair.

The car-sales man Joe was great at first but refused to bring out the GM after I REQUESTED multiple times to talk him. Brian the used car manager was very unprofessional and AWEFUL to talk too. The general manager Mike was VERY professional and the only reason this dealership gets 2 stars. If your looking to buy a used car from this dealer I would look somewhere else!
