Dean Honda: Honda Dealers in Pittsburgh

Just started a lease though Dean Honda for a 2022 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback and I absolutely love it! This was my first time leasing a car so I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect. I went to the dealership to take a look at inventory and ended up ordering a car that day with he help of Joe. He was helpful and responsive to all of my questions during the couple weeks that it took to be delivered to the dealership. When the car arrived they texted me (literally as the car was being taken off the truck) and they scheduled a time for me to pick up and sign. The whole process was much quicker and easier than I expected. I spent most of the time with Paz he came out front to open the door for me as I arrived which I thought was so nice. He offered me refreshments and made sure I was comfortable though the whole experience. While we waited for the paperwork to go through he gave me a tour of the car, explained the features, and answered questions. Even the scariest part of the process was comforting, the signing and payment part lol, they recommended me to an insurance broker named Lauren Semelsberger who was so cool and helped me switch and save $50 a month on my insurance which was a bonus perk I didn't expect. The team at Dean Honda is great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Especially, being that this is such a hard time to get a new car due to chip shortages I couldn't be happier with my experience at The Dean.

I had a great experience with Dean Honda, Pittsburgh, especially with our sales person Bob Poroda. This was my son's first buying experience and Bob definitely made it a great experience. Answered all our questions, explained everything clearly, nothing was left out! I would definitely recommend him! The finance department was also great! I have had many experiences with other dealerships and I have to say, I am glad we went here for my sons first car, this one was of the best experiences! Thanks Bob and the staff!

I have been going to Dean Honda for years, they treat you like your a part of the family. I purchased my last car from them which I love. The staff is great!!! Check out Dean Honda before purchasing a car down to their quick oil changes and car washes. I am and will remain a loyal customer.

I had a fantastic experience with Dean Honda, especially with my sales person Devin Smith. He made it easy to keep in contact and got exactly what I wanted. He made sure that all of my needs were met with everything that I wanted and kept in touch throughout my entire process. I cannot recommend Dean Honda and Devin Smith more. This was my first experience buying on my own and all of the staff were very helpful with walking me through what I needed.

Best Honda dealership in the Pittsburgh area for service. They have always been honest and upfront with me. I never feel like they try to push work that doesn't actually need done. Staff is always kind, accommodating and willing to help. I commute almost an hour to bring my car here rather than going to other Honda dealerships within 20 minutes of my house.

I purchased a Nissan Rogue a few months ago from Dean Honda. I am very pleased with my car and want to share that my experience with Bobby Anderson, my sales representative, was wonderful. I had 3 cars on my list that day that I wanted to test drive and Bobby was patient and very helpful with what I usually consider a stressful situation. If your interested in purchasing a new or used car I highly recommend Dean Honda and Bobby Anderson. I also want to express my gratitude to my service representative, Matt. He is always extremely kind and helpful.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE. They will try to eat your money. My last inspection there I was told I needed all new tires, got them checked elsewhere and they were fine. I have had 2 friends also have the same thing happen. It mostly seems to be younger people that they are trying to trick into spending way too much money. I recommend Lewis Auto on Old Clairton. They are friendlier and truthful

Outstanding experience. No bossman games or bait and switch. Negotiated price over phone as I live 200 miles away. When I arrived, car was ready along with paperwork as promised. I was in and out quickly. Did not waste any of my time. Salesman was very knowledgeable of the products he was selling which I have found to be rare at many other dealerships. No high pressure to purchase extended warranties ect. Extended warranties were offered as appropriate and expected, but no pressure or guilt trip tactics as often experienced at other dealerships. Dealership was clean attractive, all employees I was in contact with were professional and polite. Very positive buying experience. The price of vehicle I purchased was very fair as compared to similar vehicles at other dealers on east coast. The trade value they allowed on my vehicle was fair and again, no bait and switch games one I arrived. Thank you Dean Honda for a very positive buying experience. Highly recommended.
