Elite Acura: Acura Dealers in Maple Shade

Elite Acura is one of the best. I never intended on buying an Acura, had multiple cars already, and now live across the country in Colorado, but knew the team here and stopped in to drive a freshly delivered TLX Type-S. Incredible car, and a few days later, with me back in Colorado, Joe Torres and Mike DeMarco did EVERYTHING by text & email for me, the deal was incredible, and worked around my wild back & forth cross country schedule. Car was spotless, accessories requested are perfect, and Sung Kim in finance on delivery day (a holiday, too), beat rates even further and helped with the best coverages. Worth a visit, bigger than most Acura stores you'll experience, and a dedicated team that knows their products and is extremely helpful. Cross country deal? Out of state? Zero issue here. Worth it, and a fun experience. I'll be back!

I could not be happier with the level of service provided time and time again by Elite Acura. From brake issue, to oil change, alignment, or tire rotation I am always provided with excellent customer care and mechanical service. The service department always goes above and beyond. Even today when I presented a question to Ryan upon picking up my vehicle after service, I was presented with his offer to address and resolve my issue. My experience was excellent.

Asa was my service advisor, very knowledgeable, courteous and very professional and simultaneously personable. I was more confident about getting my repairs done asap after listening to him explain what was going on with my vehicle. Her didn’t make me feel like he’s simply trying to get through his day and to the next clientele and I could tell he knows the Acura brand so well.

I NEVER write Google reviews. However, I want to state that this Acura dealer is very professional and nice. I had taken my older Acura in for a product recall and from start to finish, I felt like the support staff were very courteous and nice. The service adviser even mentioned that the technician skipped his lunch just so he could finish my car for me so I could drive it before the end of the day, which I felt was above and beyond. Thank you, Elite Acura, for getting my car in and out within hours!

Tim winter was the most professional and friendly car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No BS, and got my daughter the car she came in for today quickly Eben though it was used car, that wasn't an Acura. Sung was amazing with the finance paperwork and didn't try to push anything she didn't need or want.. Highly recommend and thank you.

Recently I need service done on my car. I would thank Richard for his professionalism taking care my car. He took his time to call me and explained what recommendations needs to be done. Top Notch dealership. I brought a 2020 Acura Rlx and Gary made the car buying experience outstanding. All my needs and requests were met without hesitation. And the service advisor Patrick did a excellent job on my minor requests and keeping me inform on the process. This is by far one of the best Acura dealerships I have visited.
