Vlad in finance you're never going to deal with a nicer guy, There was absolutely no pressure the show room was spectacular. I didn't feel like I was at a car mill especially especially in these times.This is the 2nd vehicle that I have bought from gettel this is one car dealership group that gets it. Fantastic service team team from start to finish. Thought I needed front breaks called me 30 minutes later to follow up...Nope they were fine needed back breaks though. Excellent communication as Maddie in service was on top of everything. Excellent experience and I highly recommend. Great work team!!!

Chris Oviedo was the most attentive and amazing partner I’ve ever worked with and he actually made my car buying experience stress free. I was at Gettel Acura to get a 'Check Transmission' light diagnosed. I was there at 9 am, half hour ahead of my appointment. My service advisor Maddy was very polite and wrote down the details of the situation. She indicated that it would be a good 1.5 hours before they could get to my car. After 3+ hours, I had to chase Maddy down to get a word. She said that, other than dirty fluid, they did not find a problem with the transmission. She said I could bring the car back if the warning light comes on again. That afternoon, we hit the road north to Georgia to get away from Hurricane Ian. Near the FL-GA border, the dreaded light came on again. I continued on without apparent problems other than the warning light being on. I am not writing my long story to complain about Gettel Acura service. I feel that the service and it's cost were fine. The wait was longer than I expected and I did not receive any interim word during my wait. Still, I would not hesitate to go back to them for service the next time I need it.

I could not be more pleased with my decision to purchase a new 2023 MDX from Gettel Acura. This was my first experience working with this dealership and they were overall, professional, not pushy and willing to make myself as a customer feel at ease.
