Great car buying experience! Paul was super helpful from the minute I called to inquire about a vehicle I had found on Auto Trader. Within minutes of speaking with him, he was sending me videos of the vehicle (which was way better than the photos online), along with service records and warranty information. When I arrived in person he was personable and just really helpful and informative, and not pushy at all. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase, he got me setup for financing, which went rather smoothly and quickly, considering my past experiences at other dealerships. I’ll be keeping both Paul and Gunn Acura in mind for my future vehicle needs!
Excellent customer service from start to finish! No pressure sales people with no haggling. Even the finance managers are absolutely no pressure and no up-selling. Gunn cleaned the used vehicle we purchased so well that it looked brand new. And the maintenance they put into it to prepare it for sale was comprehensive & extensive. We were very happy with our experience there and with our car overall!
I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted at the front door. There was no waiting, as my car was taken for service as soon as I walked in the door! I had my car there for its annual maintenance check up. The service was performed right away and I was kept informed every step of the way. There was no up selling and they did exactly what I had asked them to do. I even got a car wash! Service was excellent!
Let me start by saying, this place was the first ever dealership that I felt like I wasn't getting robbed. The environment was amazing I had Jason.h as my salesman like even tho I wasn't able to leave with anything Jason did his very best. I have no doubt about that, I would recommend anyone looking to get into a new or used car to go here and ask for help from Jason this man is super genuine and wants to see you happy and driving nice! My experience was pretty good. I got my oil changed, tires rotated, tire patched, and a realignment. The personnel were extremely professional and very courteous. Awesome job! The only downside was the wait time. I had to wait about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs as a walk in customer. I had to walk in because I used an email link from Acura to set an appointment (for this recommeded service) but never received a confirmation that my appointment was set up!
I got my Acura in 2020. Maybe a month or so before they decided to close down for the pandemic. I've had to take it in for a couple of recalls or simple issues. Brandon the service advisor. And Josh the assistant manager of the service center. Those two I highly recommend to help you with any of your areas of concerns for your Acura or the car that you bought from Acura. Those two have definitely in my definition gone Way Beyond what the normal service advisor / assistant manager would have to do in order to make sure that all your needs concerns and worries are met and then some and beyond. It seems like going to Acura service department will really try and work 100% with you to work out any issues or problems you may have. Even if you're dealing with a out of warranty issue. They are going to do the best they can for you. So rest assured if it's a problem they really can't do I can guarantee these two definitely tried everything within their ability to try and get it done
Good day. I hope everyone is doing well. We have been a customer of Gunn Acura since 2007, purchasing or leasing 6 vehicles. I can’t stress enough how wonderful of a place this is. The advertisements are totally accurate as there is absolutely zero pressure when shopping for a vehicle. Pete Holloway has been there for decades and truly works super hard to get a vehicle that is what we want with a very fair price. He actually works for us! In the last few years, we have also worked with Andrew DSouza who works equally as hard to make sure we are in and out (very efficient process) of there with exactly what we wanted. Actually they both have ALWAYS EXCEEDED our expectations. We really appreciate these gentlemen and all others that help in the process of obtaining a great, high quality vehicle. A great job technically, and a great experience. After a collision, I needed an alignment and I wanted a high quality inspection and alignment. I also asked to have the trans checked as I was having odd issues. They updated my software, aligned my car, and cleaned it! Feel so good, and they were up front on cost ( which was reasonable) and sociable. Thanks Gunn, Thanks Roland!
