Having owned several BMW's for the past 2 decades,my wife and I have been through our share of BMW dealerships over the years in various States. We recently moved to the area and needed service on our BMW,walking in and having never been inside before I must say the staff was immediately welcoming,polite and down to earth. The service center and staff are top notch. When it came time to purchase two new vehicles this past August,we had a few BMW dealers in mind so we could shop and compare. We ultimately decided to use Hilton Head BMW since it is our local dealer, we met with Brian Shirley to discuss our future BMW's and he made us feel right at home,as if we were long-time loyal customers even though we never met before. We enjoyed the vibe we got from Hilton Head BMW so much,that we ended up completing four vehicle transactions that day! Nearing the completion of the transactions we met with Sales Manager Mike Partridge,who made us feel right at home as well. Brian and Mike went out of their way to ensure a smooth process with no surprises or bumps along the way. Brian and Mike are straight up honest gentlemen &men of their word,who made car buying stress-free,painless and most importantly,fun! We feel as if we are part of the Hilton Head BMW "family" after dealing with these fine folks. Can’t say enough good things about this dealer. They were quick to respond, Brian treated me with respect and helped me come to a great deal on a dream car of mine. I made the drive from charlotte to Hilton head to get my new car. When I got there there were some small issues that had nothing to do with the dealer. They immediately tried to help and even offered to ship the car to me on their own dime because they felt bad for something they did not even do. Brian has earned a life time customer. Would highly recommend using this dealer for your next enthusiast car!

The service team and Service Advisor Brad Woodcock at Hilton Head BMW were AWESOME. My wife's X5 had a battery that needed to be replaced immediately. Other Service departments in the area had a 4-5 day turnaround time. Not only was Hilton Head BMW able to Service our vehicles the same day but in a matter of hours. Brad was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. There was constant communication throughout the process and Brad was able to meeting us at a price point that worked for us! Everyone we worked with was top notch! Chuck was quite knowledgeable and patient while we built and rebuilt our X5 over and over again. He was not pushy, at all. We even got lucky and the vehicle delivered 6 weeks early! We’ll be back the next time we’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Driving a BMW 230i convertible for the past few years, we were spoiled by its overall performance. But we needed more space. Returning to Hilton Head BMW, we had the good fortune to meet with Client Advisor, Roger Brooks. Super nice guy. Not pushy. Extremely knowledgeable. He helped us to explore several options to come up with just the right car. We went for the 2022 X3 with the M Sport package. With family visiting for a few days, we all enjoyed touring the area in our new car. Such a pleasure to drive! We were very grateful to Roger for familiarizing us with the vehicle's features and setting them up for us too. He encouraged us to call him or stop by the dealership whenever we had questions. Roger made our car-finding experience better than we ever expected!

I purchased a vehicle from Hilton Head BMW on 12/10/22. My experience was superb I had two sale representatives Brian and Stephanie. These two took real good care of me. Also the finance guy and his team were great. My experience from beginning to end was one I won’t ever forget.
