We had a great experience working with Cody and Gino. They offered my ideal "no pressure" buying experience without any call backs, text messages, and emails urging us to make a decision right away. The entire approach was, "what can be done to make you comfortable with this car?" which included an extended test drive period, answering any questions we had the following days, Cody personally picking me up the day I signed for the car (which was a good 3 weeks after the first test drive), and pleasant conversation. This dealership doesn’t enjoy giving you the positive equity that you SHOULD be receiving prior to the extended warranties checks on the car you trades in. The finance manager can’t even return my calls, instead the salesman is the mediator, which he’s entirely worthless for any of this. No sales manager has reached out to me, they take 0 pride in customer satisfaction. Hubler Acura has had 4 weeks now to write me a check for a vehicle that they’re going to go ahead and sell, but they want to make me wait all the way until they “get” the title? Why? The salesman wouldn’t leave me alone about Proof of residence when i told him i just moved, they wanted to make sure they received that pathetic information immediately, but a customers lump sum of money is a joke to them. Hubler Acura is a disgrace to the Acura name. I wouldn’t ever recommend purchasing a vehicle from them, save your trouble, go to Ed Martin.

Cody made this the easiest purchase ever and now my wife has her MDX and loves it. I drove 3 hours to see the vehicle and Cody was great with text messages pictures and with presenting the deal. It truley was an easy process and everyone I spoke with was kind and focused on our experience.

Started noticing a low frequency whine seemingly coming from the front area of my 2017 MDX which I bought in 2020 from a dealer in Louisville, KY. Had all my previous service done at Louisville dealership due to them offering incentives with my purchase there. Incentives all used up, I scheduled next oil change and tire rotation with Hubler Acura in Greenwood, closer to my home. Was anxious about working with new dealership service since Louisville dealership had been excellent. Told them about new noise mentioned above. Was prepared for "we don't hear anything out of the ordinary" which I've heard before at dealerships over the years with lesser brand vehicles. Taylor, Hubler service writer listened and took notes. I ok'ed a diagnostic charge applicable to any resulting repair, and hoped for the best. Got back to me that failing front wheel bearing was diagnosed and part was covered under manufacture warranty. Repair and service accomplished, all contact personnel very personable and attentive. Very good experience!
