I just bought a house in June and was not expecting to buy a new car so soon but, things happen. The staff there was amazing! They reminded me of my appointment and were waiting and ready when I got there. From my description of what I had said I was interested in they had a few cars ready for me to look at. We went to discuss finances and within just a few minutes, they had a decision. Then once we found terms that were agreeable to everyone, they took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. Even after finding a great rate, while discussing and signing the contracts, Jennifer was able to get me an even better rate that worked even better by going through GE. Want to thank everyone for all of their help and for making me feel comfortable in an otherwise stressful situation. I also can’t rave enough about Scott! He went above and beyond checking on me throughout, making sure I was getting the car that I wanted at a price that I could afford. Scott, Dan, and Jennifer were all great but Scott had my trust throughout. I somehow knew he wouldn’t steer me wrong and he didn’t. Thank you Jeff Wyler Honda, you guys are amazing!

Brian was very helpful in finding us the perfect car. We came in to look at a different car than we ended up purchasing, and were pleasantly surprised to receive a suggestion of a car better suited for us. We did not feel any pressure, and the team at Jeff Wyler did everything possible to get us the payment we were wanting. We highly recommend Brian if you are looking for your future car.

Can't speak highly enough of my experience at this dealership. The staff all the way around was awesome and very helpful. My sales guy Nate S. was non-pressuring and overall a good person. Sales manager Ryan and finance guy Casey were very helpful with everything. I am not one for the pressures of car dealership sales tactics and this place was not even close with following that stigma. It was a great, laid back experience while achieving my goal of buying my dream Yukon that I went in to buy. Talk to Nate if you need any help with buying a new or used car!

I worked with Jess S. And he did a phenomenal job. I live almost 2hrs away, he took personal videos of the vehicle for me, worked out every issue, and went to bat for me negotiating. Communication was amazing, vehicle was as represented if not better, had everything ready to go for me when I pulled up. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

My wife brought her 2019 Honda van which mind you we just bought within the last year, to their service center. They called the next day and asked what exactly was wrong cause it was a after hour drop off. She explained the problem and the advisor said he wanted to do a diagnostic on it. she asked why and told the advisor (Bob I believe is his name) just tell her what's wrong with it cause she was at work. He did not tell her it would be 180 bucks and basically did it anyways instead of a lift and visual on the shocks which should be free (cause they knew that was the problem, this is a common problem and they know it. Our friends bought same van, same problem, it's not a new problem.) I went to pick up van and got answers from no one, only that Bob was off and he would call me. Still hasn't called. Took advantage of my wife cause she is a women. Never recommending this place to anyone. Horrible customer service! Sales team Great, service unacceptable.

Such a great atmosphere!!! Everyone was very welcoming and helping with my car buying process!!! Idan helped me with every step of the way, from finding the perfect car for a first time car buyer to going over every detail with me just to make sure it all went smoothly for me..definitely recommend going here! Great customer service! They even stayed late to make sure I got everything finished to drive my new car home!

Purchasing my new car from Jeff Wyler went really well - no complaints there. The sales team was great to work with. HOWEVER, if you don't want to get ripped off on your trade in, DO NOT trade your car in with them. They will lie to your face about the value, saying it's worth nothing because it has too many miles and they won't even sell it on the lot, just send it to an auction. I found my trade in on their website a week after buying my new car and they had the value DOUBLE to what Kelley Blue Book, even after telling me Kelley Blue Book didn't know how to price cars over 100K miles (and therefore, my car wasn't worth ANYWHERE near what Kelley Blue Book stated). So disappointed in them and would not recommend trading your car in there. Only reason I gave them two stars is because the buying process went very smoothly (weren't too pushy on things I didn't want)! I definitely will be telling people to go to a different Honda dealership.
