I had a great experience at Lexus. Brad greeted me outside and walked me through the entire process, he is very knowledgeable and stayed late to help me set up my car. Was on vacation. Steel belt started showing though on both my front wheels. Needed tires went to the dealer. They had them and their door into service department actually checked my car and informed the service writer that my alignment was out. How cool. Josh was absolutely fabulous To care of me and a fair price. Great job. Thanks a lot.

After visiting several dealerships we ended up purchasing a vehicle from this location since they had what we were looking for but more importantly their excellent service. Unlike other dealerships with pushy sales people or those who just didn’t care to even say hello, we were instantly greeted by Daniel Solaimanian who let us browse the lot in comfort but took the time to explain specific details about the cars we were interested in. Daniel offered us great financing and made our experience pleasant. He is an asset to this company and he will be my go to person for future purchases.

Josh Tate was an excellent advisor and made the process easy. I was delivered to my office and then given a “loaner” for a few days when the repair needed more time to complete. The RX 350 was fun to drive! Everyone at the service area is friendly and attentive.

This Lexus dealership in Murray, in an age when customer service has almost vanished, made this customer feel important. I called Josh Tate in the service department. Had my car towed there. He took excellent care of me. Towed early afternoon, car done by late afternoon. Wade is also outstanding in the sales department. The people in this dealership are truly about serving customers. Keep it up Josh and Wade!!
