I had the absolute best car buying experience at Lee Honda in Auburn. All of the staff were friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Tom, Sarah P., and Dylan went above and beyond to help get me into the perfect vehicle. They gave me an incredible deal and even stayed late on a Saturday to finish the sale so I could drive my new car home that night! Sarah thoroughly went over all of the features and buttons, making sure I was comfortable before I set off with my new wheels. I returned a week later for the courtesy detail (the service team had gone home when we sealed the deal the week prior); the team was so kind, fun, and efficient. Can’t thank them enough for everything! I love my new car! Would buy from here again and recommend to others.

I recently had an amazing experience with Lee Honda in Auburn, ME. I had to buy a new car in a pinch, and Sarah Pike was incredibly persistent in helping me locate the exact vehicle I wanted in the exact color scheme I was looking for. She didn't give up and made it happen for me! The entire management staff was very professional, fun, and very helpful in making the deal work for me. I haven't had a car purchasing experience, to date, that has ever gone this smoothly and relatively easily. I highly recommend that your next car purchase be with Lee Honda!! And my Passport is AMAZING!!! No regrets!

When I bought my car from Lee in 2021, the experience I had was good. Today when I tried to get information on an accessory I asked for "Chris" in sales who had said at t he time I bought the car please call if I needed anything. But when I reached him he abruptly said I was talking to the wrong person and redirected me to what ended up being a lost call. The receptionist when I called back was similarly businesslike. The parts department on the other hand was very helpful.

WOW! Two things happened when I got my SUV detailed at Lee Honda: 1. It was so clean I didn't recognize it and walked right past it, when I went to pick it up. 2. The interior was so clean I took my shoes off before I got in it to drive home. I've had my vehicles detailed at a lot of different places over the years. They've all done an inferior job compared to Lee Honda (and they've all cost more). Lee Honda is my go to resource now and I'll never go anywhere else to get my car detailed. I HIGHLY recommend to get your car detailed there. (It doesn't have to be a Honda.)

I leased a RAM 3 years ago, this week I bought out my expiring lease and Lee gave me the most attractive price I could imagine. This biz is all about customer service, fairness and honesty. IMHO they, without a doubt, provide the best sales and service in this area and Mike's stories passed the time interestingly doing the process. Not Honda but Dodge.

Awesome service every time I go. Got me in for annual service appointment quickly, and at a time that worked for my schedule. Staff was friendly while I was there and work was completed in an appropriate amount of time. (great waiting area also!) All the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Would reccomend Lee for buying or getting a car serviced.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim to trade in my used vehicle and purchase my new Honda. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time making sure that I felt comfortable with all the details. I've never had a car salesman go through the car with me before I pulled off the lot. Given how busy life is I really appreciated that as I would have taken much longer learning on my own. Jim and the manager Tom were excellent in working to give me the financial circumstances I needed. Very friendly staff and a very positive experience. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle!
