Was greeted right away by Jason. He didn't act like a typical salesman. He was interested in what i was interested in. I was there to look at a certain car and he did everything a customer would want as far as knowledge about it and not trying to "sell" me the car. He let me decide instead of pushing it on me. I bought the car I wanted and they gave me what I asked in trade and the monthly payment I said I needed to be at. And it wasn't just Jason, everyone there was so polite and kind to me. Highly recommend.

Did not purchase an Acura but a used vehicle. I bought a 2016 Ford Escape. Still the attention to customer service along with informative interaction from salesman Marc Bauer put me at ease with my purchase. The after sale service is impressive with reminders in the form of calls & texts keep my vehicle up to date. Whether new or used I will return to Lindsay and Marc Bauer when I’m ready next time.

I went to Lindsey Acura on a Friday forty five minutes before closing. Jason welcomed me and asked if he could help me. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I told him what I was looking for and the price range. He gave me some ideas, showed me a couple of cars on line and walked with me to the lot to check them out. He did not rush or fast talk me, he took his time explaining the features etc... I asked him to be honest with me (as we know that does not always work with car salesman). However, I felt that he was honest. I scheduled an appointment with him for the next day. I went there an hour before the appointment along with my husband and my son. Jason was able to fit us in, throughout the process, he was funny, knowledgeable, engaging, hospitable, there was never a dull moment :) To make a long story short, the car is now parked in my garage and I/we love it. We just purchased our second vehicle from Lindsay Acura. We had the pleasure of having Nick Kulaga as our salesman. This was the second most easiest car buying experience - the first one was also at Lindsay Acura. Nick was great to work with! Very personable and down to earth. I was very up front with what I wanted/needed and him and his finance team were able to make it happen. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I strongly recommend Lindsay Acura. I had a 2012 MDX that my husband and I were looking to sell- all the dealers around us were severely low-balling us on offers. In a last ditch effort, we called Lindsay Acura. Thad picked right up, and told me to come in! We planned for me to come in the following day and let me just tell you: not only did he remember my name, he greeted me while he was finishing up with another customer and insisted that I have a refreshment since it had been a long day and was absolutely FANTASTIC in his customer service. He and the finance manager worked really hard to get us a good offer and we took it. Thad’s customer service was fantastic- I’d hire him in a heartbeat but he loves his job too much.
