Coming to Montgomeryville Acura at first I didn’t know what to expect. I had submitted a request for more info form and was contacted by an amazing sales rep. Once my previous vehicle (07, Honda accord) reached 234,376 miles, I decided that I look into a new car and give the Honda to a relative. I cannot begin to say how impressed I am by the customer service, not only from Kevin N but the entire team, including Mr King from billing, other sales members I don’t have names for, and the service dept. I don’t want to go into details of my personal situation but the willingness the professionals at Montgomeryville Acura display is unmatched by any other dealer I have seen. Acura has done some really major upgrades to their products and offers services that other competitors would never include in their models, charging you for anything and everything considered “extra”. Overall, An amazing place to do business with and one that will be there to support you every step of the way. Highly recommend if you want a luxury vehicle that won’t cost you an arm and a leg down the line especially coupled with outstanding customer service here at Montgomeryville Acura.

I was in an accident a few months back. There were some issues with getting a part due to what’s been going on the past few years. Brian Grimason was awesome to work with. He kept us in the loop the whole time about the delays and was extremely professional and patient. Great customer service Brian and team and thank you for taking such great care of us.

I have owned a 2003 TL and 2013 ILX. Both vehicles were exclusively serviced by Montgomerville acura beautifully. My TL finally died ~200,000 miles and my current ILX has ~130,000 miles with limited problems. I would never go to another acura dealer. They are respectful, give up front pricing on all service items, and recommend maintenance to keep the car running. After having to deal with a acura dealer in FL, i can honestly say, i would rather drive my car to PA to be serviced by Montgomeryville acura than try and find another service shop. Thank you for the many wonderful years of service. You give Acura a good name.

service is always very good. My problem is with the phone system/service. Tried three different ways and two different phone numbers and never got to a live person. I got an operator , an answering machine and an opportunity to place a four digit number of an employee. Pressing zero to circumvent did not work either.

Worst customer service I have ever received. My car was totaled and I was shopping for a new new, was working with someone at the dealership who was aware that the car would need to be held until the insurance check came in as I don’t have $10,000 sitting in the bank. I offered to put a $500.00 deposit down until the check came in which was about a week or so however I was told that they couldn’t do that. Prior to me going to the dealership they knew this and said no problem that could be done but when the time came the sales manager said no! Waste of time especially in the market and high demand for cars now! Stay away from them!!

I would see Rob Marchese if you need an Acura new or used. The guy is a pro. He took care of us when we bought our gently used mdx. They are nice people who will work with you to make a deal. Rob Marchese is the guy to talk to if you can. Rob took care of us and made sure we left happy. I'm sure the other guys there are good as well because this dealership is super nice and they took care of every thing in a fast and professional manner. I've been an unpaid salesman for years for Acura and now I am a salesman for Rob Marchese and Montgomeryville Acura as well.

Mike B was absolutely amazing today making my car shopping quick and easy!!! I told him my budget and what I wanted and he gave me the options he had with no questions asked. Not pushy at all, and not your typical “car salesman”. I purchased my dream car and left a very happy customer tonight! I will be back for all my service needs and future purchases 💯... My husband and I have been looking for a car for months, and when we went to Montgomeryville Acura and we received the perfect car for me within a day. Charlie was honest with the car's history, repairs they had done, expected costs and how the car we were looking at compared to others of the same make, mileage, year, etc. Charlie was so kind and helpful during the process, going above and beyond giving us his personal number, offering to come in on his day off, helping us through insurance complications and more. While everyone there was very nice and welcoming, I highly recommend Charlie for the best and friendliest car buying experience!
