We just got our 1794 tundra from Vanessa. An amazing deal during this crazy market situation. She’s the plug truly! The car arrived super quick and way sooner than we anticipated! My dad is so happy about the truck!!! Vanessa made the process super easy and was able to help us get a great deal. Andre got us in and out in under 20 minutes which was awesome considering we sort of had to rush out of there for work. There was a bit of a hiccup but fortunately for us we got to deal with SimonAndre. It wasn’t the best outcome due to roadblocks on our end, but Simon was very accommodating and made it feel like he was on our side and was trying his hardest to make things work for us. Pretty rare considering the stigma behind dealerships. All in all, everyone here did their job well and made us as customers feel appreciated and heard. Not everything in car buying is perfect but when you have Vanessa in sales and Simon/Andre in finance helping you out, the process is well worth it! Thanks for the awesome tundra guys!!

I left my car to oil change service and today in the morning I felt a very strong smell of oil and some noise on the motor. I open the front gate to see what was going on and notice that you guys didn’t closed the oil pan, cover was missing and oil leaked everywhere. So I started driving to Toyota and some lights started blinking into the panel Inside of my car smell is so strong because of the oil leak idk if is coming out I sent emails, voice message, text message to the service but they don’t care about it. No answers until now. So I don’t recommend this location!

Our rep Adrian was awesome throughout the purchasing experience. He was thoughtful, polite, and informative. I was able to leave with an awesome car at a great price/monthly payment. I left my car to maintenance 25k for my Toyota Highlander 2021 on last Friday, 12/23/22. When I receive my car, it been damaged on the right side of bumper. I was speaking to one of the manager at the dealer and he said that we can go home and he will check the cameras inside the mechanic. I was waited about 5 hours and he only sent me the picture showing that my car had been damaged before they took my car to the shop. I’m very upset about this situation but I won’t come back to this dealer to buy or maintain my car again

I had purchased a brand new car there and took it for every single service. Last time I had came there they didn’t fix my car, wasted my whole day, never offered me a loaner car (first time ever), I missed work, and their service consultant had the audacity to lie and say I had never requested the service. Why would I leave my car there for two days if I never needed or requested the service? I’ll never come for service there again let alone buy another car from your place. You wonder why your company and service suck? Look at your reviews and compare them to other dealerships. I don’t want to disclose publicly the name of the consultant but he knows who he is. He is careless and very negligent. Zero customer service skills.

Had a great experience working with Adrian during this crazy market. I waited months to get a highlander hybrid and Adrian never gave up. Once I was able to secure one with Adrian, he kept me posted the entire time the car was being built. Once it arrived he made the purchasing part nice and smooth.
