I went to Acura because my car wouldn't start. They put a new battery in it but the next day it would not start so clearly it was not the battery. The salesman just assumed it was the battery without doing a diagnostic test. Which means he was dishonest in his service to me. The reason I know is because when I called back he said it would cost $165 to do a diagnostic. But my question is why wasn't it done at first. Ripoff...sad. Very disappointed. Still not driving.
