Contacted this dealership in regards to service history on a 2021 740 I of which required the service manager's assistance. After speaking with Linda in service on 11/29/22, she advised a message would be left for Edgar. I never received a callback on that day so followed back up with Linda again on 11/30/22. Again, a message was left by Linda along with myself on Edgar's personal mailbox with no return phone call. The blatant disregard and lack of concern for me as a customer is sickening! I have visited several BMW service centers over the years. However, this location is a disgrace to the BMW brand. Edgar, Service Manager, of this location should be re trained on the importance of providing great customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone visit this location for service needs if my life depended on it. Shame on Pacific BMW!!!!!

I’ve had two terrible experiences with this dealership. I don’t even think one star is deserving of this business. The first, earlier this year I had a service done that required me to take a loaner over the weekend. When I returned the loaner one evening just as the dealership was closing I realized I had left my work phone along with a jacket in it. I tried to call immediately just minutes before closing, but no one answered. I left a message about it and no return call till I called back the next morning. The loaner department said there wasn’t anything in the car, but I had a friend in my car with my that could validate that I did. Unfortunately, there was no way of me proving it. The second time was recently. I had 17k repair done to my car through their service department and now my car drives terribly. There is a constant pulsing vibration when I drive. I’ve mentioned that this issue was not their before the repair. They’ve clearly created this problem with my car and now I find it no longer driveable and I’ve decided to sell my car as I also think my safety in this has been compromised. After almost 2 months (Oct 2022- Nov 2022) of having my car I realized they were not competent to resolve this issue when this issue was a result of their repair. I was basically forced to take the car as is which is likely a permanent problem. Because of this dealership I have decided to sell my car and leave the BMW brand completely after owning 3 BMWs 12 years later. I can’t express enough my disappointed with Pacific BMWs service.

Poor communication during a simple windshield replacement. Managed to take the AC offline during the procedure. Couldn't connect with my insurance for payment leaving me to do much of the legwork. Not a great experience

I’ve been going there for 14 years and after having 7 BMW’s I’ve decided to take my cars somewhere else! I Dropped off my 540 At the service for couple of issues and meanwhile walked to sales department to checkout their 7 & 8 series and possibly get one but the sales advisor (Nelli) without showing me the car jumped into monthly payments and said to me if you can afford it then we can go to the car! I’ve been in sales for 10+ years and I would never say something like that to my customers! Couples of days later when I was there to pickup my 540 I found a big scratch on the rear passenger side door and when I asked the service advisor (Galo) he didn’t believe me and went to his office to checkout the video footage from dropping off day! He couldn’t find anything then he told me it’s nothing we can buff it out! They tried to fix it but it didn’t go away! I’ve had couple of appointments that day with different dealerships including them to sell my car! Long story short I got my new 750i from crevier bmw with a much better deal and I would never go back to this terrible unorganized place again!



This review is related to service appointment made under the three year oil service contract. After confirming with service representative, I made a service appointment for oil change to use the three year oil service contract; however, the when arrived to get the oil change, the service agent said cannot get oil change until next month per 12 month minimum. Then after speaking with the manager, the oil change cannot happen until 10,000 miles. Regardless the agent booked the reservation not knowing all the limitations/fine print and wasted half my day. Seems like this three year oil service contract has so many fineprints and ifs that not all the employees not know all the limitations.

I booked an appointment on site with my customer advisor Vanessa to service our car. They could not find the appointment and did not help to make a new appointment. We waited 30 minutes and were told to “make the appointment on your own”. Big waste of time, they will definitely won’t see me when I will change my car.

Terrible customer service. Their service is slow and doesn’t what to do with cars. Had problems with the AC and took them two months and three trips back and forth to the dealer to fix it. Incredibly slow to replace tires. Only sale tactics and trying to squeeze every penny if you lease a car. Please go to another bmw dealership!
