I can not express how valued I felt after purchasing my vehicle. February 4, 2022 I had the esteemed pleasure of owning a 2022 430ix coupe. Nana, even after being a little impatient and particular about my desire, made all of my dreams come true. This particular car and color was a 5 year cancer-free gift to myself, and with me celebrating my triumph, unbeknownst to me, he lost a loved one to cancer in the process of finding, obtaining, and selling me my vehicle. Nana kept me informed every step of the way, and got the car in record time given the supply chain issues. I even had a crazy last minute request that Nana delivered on. In love with my new truck. This is my second purchase from this location. After having my 328i for two years I decided it was time for an upgrade. My husband and I came here to check out inventory. Upon entering we met our car salesman Charles Walker. After finding out the truck I wanted was no longer available. Charles ensured me that we would find something else that I would love. After walking the lot this gorgeous white X3 with cognac interior was waiting for me. I checked it out, tested drove it and was in love. Few hours later, I drove away with my truck. Charles was very helpful, nice, knew what he was talking about and wasn’t pushy. If your looking for a vehicle, look no further. This location will get you together. My purchasing experience was great. My advisor, Frank Reyes was attentive to my needs regarding my vehicle search and His customer service skills were excellent. After several options being on the table, I selected what I wanted with no pressure. The entire Passport staff was great from the time I entered the dealership, test drove several vehicles , cleared financing and drove off in my new 2022 428i Grand Coupe.

This is my 4th BMW. I could not be more thrilled about the car itself (new 330i xDrive), but more so, happily satisfied w/ the sales experience at PASSPORT BMW, from the buyout of my old vehicle, to receiving my new vehicle. I live just 5 minutes from the BMW Fairfax, and the customer service (not to be confused w/ BMW Fairfax Service center), is just down right terrible. I would drive 28 miles (which is worth it!), to PASSPORT BMW just for their excellent customer service, any day. Paul is very attentive, extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all questions I had, whether it was over email or by phone. He's so pleasant to work w/, and most of all, professional. He was thorough throughout the process from helping me find a vehicle that suited my preference, to locking it in, and arranging for all the paperwork so upon my arrival, my time there was kept to a minimum, he was so respectful of my busy work schedule. I brought my wife’s Mini in because a headlight was out. It had been a birthday present for my wife 16 years ago and now had 171000 miles on it. Passport Mini had kept it in top shape for her over the years and she loves this car. The inspection turned up a number of other things that needed to be taken care of and Eric took the time to fully explain each issue. My wife is delighted to have her Mini back running just as good a new. We have been totally satisfied with our experiences with Passport.
