Worked with Dan R (sales person) and Sam W (finance/paperwork) to buy a 2017 Mazda Miata remotely. Both Dan and Sam were very professional and trustworthy. The car arrived exactly as Dan described it - in great condition. Sam made the rest easy including payment and getting in touch with Albert for delivery to Oregon. Alex who delivered for Albert modified his schedule help mine - both were professional and great to work with. Overall great experience based on trust and proactive follow through. A great team and easy, convenient experience.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Colby, my sale rep, he was very professional and knowledgeable , explained every option and helped to place the order. He was keeping me updated/informed all the progress from manufacturing to delivery. During my experience, he was very patient and respectful of my options and there was no pressure when I decided to change some options after my initial order. And also I would like to recognize Silver from financial department, who did his best and provided the best payment option.

Matt Kuhnlenz was the sales rep we worked with at BMW. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the car brands and very professional. I appreciate the no pressure sales approach. He also took the time to show me how to drive with the new manual transmission features, and this was a week after the sale. I recommend working directly with Matt, he’s great!

We have bout multiple vehicles from here now and must say we use the same two sales people every time because they are phenomenal! Joel and Mike always take care of us, are low pressure, make sure we understand everything about the deal, and that we find the perfect vehicle (we are very picky). We will choose BMW first over the competition because of the service that these two gents have provided to us. We buy 3 cars a year from many dealers and they are BY FAR the best we have ever dealt with.

No problem buying a car from them, plenty of sales people to sell you. God forbid if you happen to have an issue! Service department is absolutely worthless. To schedule a service appointment takes 2 days. No one answers phones after 1.30, voicemail was left with no call back 24 hours later- still waiting on a call. No appointments available for 1.5 months, no matter what type of issue it is. Bought a new car 3 months ago and had two issues with it already. One was fixed by another dealership in the area that got me in the next day! The second issue will have to be addressed by bmw- 2 months from now. Will not buy another vehicle from them. I have bought two BMW's from Peterson in the last 8 years and couldn't be happier with the dealership. Colby Thomas was my sales rep and spent hours determining exactly what I wanted on my factory ordered 2022 X5 Hybrid. I am very particular about my cars and I got exactly what I wanted in only 4 months. Ryan has been my service manager for as long as he has worked there, and I've never had an issue with the service department in those 8 years.

Peterson BMW delivers by far the best car buying experience we've ever had. A+++++ car buying experience! Jim L. was the absolute best. He was not only knowledgeable but also extremely kind and fun to with with. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we left with the perfect 2020 bmw. Jim, Colby, and Selver stayed hours after closing to finalize the deal. I highly recommend!
