All of the Piazza family of dealers are forcing insane mark ups on customers. I understand the market we are in however there are some decent dealers out there who aren’t doing this. I’ve contacted both Piazza Acura and Mazda on cars I was interested in but had to end conversations when they start listing the forced on mark up or dealer add on’s. I hope when the market eventually goes back to normal the dealers that tried to take advantage of consumers during these times lose business and customers choose to go elsewhere. There is zero reason to sell over msrp and zero reason people should feel obligated to.

I wanted to write to express the service I received from Mark Steltz, Mark Kosak and Bob Ruhe. I've been leasing Acura since 2015 having Mark Steltz as my salesman and Mark Kosak has always been involved during the process of each lease.
