Excellent customer service. Not from the area most salesman usually hear me say four hours away and put me aside or stop communicating like a salesman at the Ancira Ram dealer in San Antonio. Carlton always kept in touch and kept pushing for me even when I was about to give up. Now I can have fun in a Power Wagon all ready Upgrade tires to 35s and a tonneau cover.
Roland was the salesman I dealt with. Such a wonderful passionate individual who cared about what I wanted. The entire team is great. Can't really say enough about them and their dedication to working out a good deal with the consumer.
After test driving 2 used vehicles, deciding which vehicle to buy, and then negotiate the final price we were able to get the $34k plus priced reduced by $150. Not so bad for todays low inventory. Then we go into the finance office and wow. We quickly discover an additional $1,380 dollars added, which the finance person did not point out and when confronted with it, he said the car salesman was supposed have told us and indicated the salesman does this a lot and needs to be reprimanded/dealt with. So we kindly stated that we did not want to include the following items: 1) APEX GPS $495 2) Fabric and Paint Protect $295 3) C Bond $395 4) Paintless Dent Repair $195 But the finance guy informed us is was not an option to decline these items. So after driving 1.5 hours to the dealer’s location and working with the salesman which we were impressed with and it being late at night, and us not wanting to get the salesman in trouble we signed. The next day we discovered these items totaling $1,380 are negotiable and are not required. I have attempted multiple times for over a month to talk to the sales manger and/or the dealership manager, however they refused to take my call or call me back. And the dealership website will not let you post a negative review. So be prepared to to be hit with additional Add-Ons which generally you do not need and your car insurance covers anyway.
My Salesman, Peter Johnson was great from start to finish. We’ve bought 2 cars from him back in 2011 and thats why we went back to him 12 yrs later (2023). I would like to say, how awesome the experience we had yesterday when purchasing our new car for the family. The front desk clerk listened to what I said and gave us a salesmen with lots of experience. His name was Nick Davila he was fast sufficient and knew how to take care of our needs for a new car. He listened to everything we said and got us into our new 2018 Dodge Journey. All in a few hours without stress. Another big thanks to Finance department especially Mike Dixon for making the paperwork easy and explaining everything and lowering our payments to get us the best deal thanks so much to everyone who helped us yesterday. We are both veterans and we where treated excellent yesterday and we got to use the discounts that they advertised because of it.
