Mark the service director is a great person. He help me out when he didn’t need to help me out. I really appreciate all the hard work he did. He made my experience at Honda go smoothly. He gave me great advice for my vehicle and how to keep the maintenance up to date. I really look forward on working with him again. Overall his knowledge and understanding of how Honda vehicles work made my experience joyful and I will definitely recommend Honda of Poway to all of my friends and family.

Esteban Jimenez was a great help and made my car purchase experience simple and easy. It was nice to have spoken with him over the phone and his presence at the dealership made the car buying experience very easy. He was straight forward and thorough. I wasn’t the easiest customer and he took the time to make sure I was happy with my shopping experience. In the end, he was able to get me the color of the car that I wanted. Happy to have purchase our second car at this dealership, hopefully in a few years, our family will come back for our 3rd car. Brittany in finance help be get a better interest rate compared to my bank. Couldn't be happier about getting a newer car!

I had an amazing experience at Poway Honda. Dane Long (service advisor) deserves 5+ stars. He made the entire repair process smooth and stressless. Communicated very well throughout the repair process. He was able to take care of my issue right away although I had the run around from another Honda dealer service. With that said, I will be doing all my services at Poway Honda going forward because of Dane Long!!!

We went to get my son his first car at Honda dealer. Micky, help us. He was so helpful and answer all our questions. Very knowledgeable man very patient and kind. I bought a new Honda Odyssey minivan at the dealership. I had a streamlined, detail oriented interaction presented in a welcoming and polite manner. Seems that they have a positive culture which is observed in each personnel that is working there. That was my 4th car buying experience in my life and i can easily say that it was the best. I would highly recommend visiting this location if you are looking for a positive experience.

Mickey was a great help, as always! He made the entire process easy and hassle-free, and you can tell he cares about the customer. I love my new car, and can't thank him enough for making it possible. Mickey's experience in the industry was invaluable, and I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with this purchase! This was my second time at Poway Honda and while the first time wasn't the best experience, they absolutely made up for it this time. It was a great experience and a very fair one. I think they gave me a hell of a deal and all of the staff members that I interacted with were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I definitely see myself coming back.

Very happy with the use of the Internet Sales Department and found a really good used vehicle with low miles. The staff were all helpful and our Sales Representative Michael Thomas was especially interested in my needs and concerns.
