I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, a 2019 Si and recently a 2018 Ridgeline. As far as the negotiation and purchasing I have nothing but good things to say about Burnie. The reason for my 1 start review is because the Ridgeline I purchased was supposed to be “pre owned certified” and according to the documents the auto shop did all the checks and maintenance it needed before selling it. I come to find out that the auto shop didn’t inspect much since I found dog food and dirt under the engine cover. That just shows how the auto shop does their work and their “inspections” There was a lot more dog food before taking the pictures.

We just purchased a Honda Pilot from Rock County Honda. The Pilot we bought was a vehicle that was supposed to arrive in about 6 weeks. Our sales person, Julie, gave us a timeline for everything. It was built, shipped and available to us exactly as anticipated. We found Julie and Blair to both be helpful. They didn't try to high pressure us into anything extra. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Burnie, Kane, and Blair were Great! They got me the car I wanted when I was turned away in Racine at Ziegler Honda. Burnie was great giving me assurance that my Honda Hybrid was available…I was happy, when he greeted me to point out the car . Kane was very knowledgeable on the CR-V Hybrid. He showed how all the levels of gas saving abilities it has, how to personalize my vehicle, and putting up with my sarcasm😊….Blair helped with all my financial questions and gave me the payment I was comfortable with. I got a recall letter for the axles on my 2007 Hoda Fit in February of 2021 but was informed that parts were not yet available. I have been a Honda owner/driver since 2001. My first Honda was a brand new Civic EX which I purchased from Rock County Honda The left axle broke on my used 2007 Fit (2nd owner, private party) and stranded my family at the intersection of Hwy 11 and Prairie Ave. in June of 2019. It was a Sunday so I had the car towed back to my house. I contacted my local independent repair shop the next day, had the car towed again and was informed that the left axle was broken. My mechanic had the repair done the same day. I finally made an appointment to have the axles inspected on May 25 of this year, after being informed by Honda Motor Corp. of America, that parts were now available for the safety recall. I took the car in at 1:00 on May 25 to have the axles inspected and possibly have the right axle replaced. After 2 hours I was informed that they were not able to remove the axle bearing from the axle shaft due to corrosion. Then I was informed by the very nice service advisor Leif, at Rock County Honda, that the "extra parts" were not on hand and they could not let me take my car due to "safety issues". The service advisor said there "might" be a bearing available from Chicago, but the other dealer might not be willing to "give it up". Then he said that there might be parts available from California but he really didn't know. In the interim, the dealership offered me a "loaner", asked for proof of insurance, which I provided. Then I was loaned a 2020 Honda CRV to drive until the repair is completed. I have no idea how long the dealer will have my car. They have no estimation of how long it may take to get the parts to make the "recalled" repair. As of today, June 2, 2021, I have not been contacted about the status of the safety recall repair. The dealer has had my car for 8 days and hasn't contacted me with any updates. The lack of communication is unacceptable. The lack of parts availability is unacceptable. But there is nothing I can do. I am enjoying the 2020 CRV. And I hope the dealer appreciates all the free advertising I am providing while I tool around town in their "courtesy" car. :)

Excellent experience first time going to rock county honda thought I might get some flack for bringing the car in a little earlier then needed for a oil change but the service people were awesome very helpful and professional
