Where to start… took my 2021 BMW 330i xdrive with the AC not working properly, they made me buy new parts coming from Germany and after 2 months of having my car at the shop without hopes they told me I need to replace all harness with a cost of 14k and still they don’t guarantee it will fix the problem. Ok, I took my car and paid BMW Kingston NC $1,0000 for doing nothing to my car. I took the car the next day to North Raleigh Performance which have BMW technicians. They called me 3 hours after saying that my car was fixed. The problem end up being a flap control with a total cost of $500 with labor. I was like for real BMW Kingston!!!! I will never bring another car to BMW Kingston Services after this horrific experience. They put no efforts on fixing my car, they just wanted to put a bunch of new parts!!!!

Historically I’m not the type to leave reviews. However there rare instances where I feel the are warranted. This is one of those times. The team at Sale BMW, from Jason Dove in sales, Jared, John ,Jimmy in service and Crystal in parts have always treated me like family. Every transaction from routine service to more complicated matters this team has consistently resolved them with ease. Highly recommended!

I have always used sale BMW for my BMW service needs. Fair pricing, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and typically a loaner while my vehicles were being serviced.

Where do I start? I'm from San Diego California and had been shopping for a 2023 Technoviolet M3 Competition Jahre Edition. I spoke with Tiffany and she was able to help me out. Great person as well. I was blown away by the service I was provided. There was NO MARK UP on the car like most other BMW dealers trying to make a 25k to 50k profit. I was sold the car at MSRP and even qualified for discounts to help me. You don't get service like this anymore especially with this current car market. We were able to agree on a price and I drove from San Diego to Kinston NC to get the car of my dreams. 3 days later, I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Kevin (sales manager) and Tiffany. Talk about southern hospitality! Finance was seemless and I was out quickly. I was even driven to the airport to catch my flight back to San Diego. 38 hours of driving and a 7hr plane flight home. It was DEFINITELY worth the trip. Highly recommend this dealership and will be buying again from them in the near future.

I love their service department- especially Jared. They always accommodate me on short notice, have issued loaner cars when needed (that were as nice as my vehicle), and Jared is always very straightforward with me about what my car needs. As a woman, I have had many “trusted service advisors” at other dealers try to con me - but I always feel like these guys are honest about everything, and that goes a long way in my opinion. 10/10

I moved back to Greenville in 2003. Since then I have purchased several BMW’s. All, have Been serviced by Sale. They come and pick it up and deliver it back, normally the same day.. they provide video detail of the service performed. Excellent!! thank goodness they do not charge for assistance via the telephone!!

Where do I begin? The service center at Sale BMW is *by far* the best BMW service center in southeastern NC! We have owned numerous BMWs for almost 30 years and have purchased ten of them from Sale. Jared, their service manager, always always always takes care of us and our cars! In the rare instance it’s a non-warranty issue, their pricing is very competitive, even on routine maintenance and tires, and the turnaround time is lightning quick. They pick up my car and bring it back to me free of charge (over an hour away) - sometimes in the same day! - and will provide a loaner if I ask for one. They just brought my 2019 X7 back to me after its yearly service and it looked brand new when I got in to drive it. So nice! I only have complimentary things to say about the service center at Sale BMW and honestly am shocked to see even one negative review. We would never take our BMWs anywhere else so keep up the great work Jared and all the service guys - you’re amazing!

I can’t say anything bad about the service I received. Jose in the BMW service department is always friendly, courteous, patient and thorough when explaining what has to be done. Not once have I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Top notch service
