Went to sound bay BMW earlier this week had one of the greatest sale experiences I ever had. If you’re looking to buy a BMW this is the place to go. My sales person Stephen Green was by far the best at what he does. From The beginning to the end completely professional and extremely knowledgeable about the product it was just a pleasure to have met. Not only did I buy a new car, I inherited a new family with South Bay BMW thanks again for everything.

Holy smokes. I just drove away in the sickest SUV (2021 Chevy Tahoe) I've ever seen! I was super lucky to land David as my sales guy. He's so kind, funny, and no-nonsense. We cruised around town together as I handled my wire transfer, and he even played with my 4 year old while I was in the bank (yes, I brought a 4 year old to buy a car. What was I thinking?!) David also assisted in the trade for my minivan and had the deal done within minutes. I trusted him completely in every step of the process and he got it done. Mario helped with the transaction, too, and is a really nice, professional guy. 10/10 recommend either one! Also a shout out to the man in the front room who chased my toddler down as he escaped. It was quite a day and it took a village! The car. Oh my goodness, the car! It is a Z71 Tahoe with all the bells and whistles. And the price was about $3000 below market! I didn't expect such a good deal from a BMW dealership. Here are a couple things you need to know about the dealership: South Bay BMW is an in-person small business, so you cannot buy the car online or have it shipped. They don't allow any online paperwork, so make travel arrangements if you like something you see. There is an Enterprise down the street, so renting a car to visit is convenient. The cars are represented perfectly on the website, so feel confident that you'll get what you see. Also fun: There are plenty of food options within walking distance if you're waiting. There's also a Starbucks inside the dealership! So thankful for this experience and my new car. Thanks guys!
