South Honda Motors has the worst ever customer service that has been experienced in my life. I paid almost $10000 and my car is not really fixed good. Worst thing; No one could help get a way to help me get home because they did not fix my car well. I spoke to Ms. Tracy her attitude was not good at all. She definitely needs more training in customer service. Also, Mr. Jonathan the service advisor was like you are lying because you just come 5 minutes ago and then I have been talking to Ms.Tracy for almost 15 minutes and trying to get help. 6:45 pm no one at the desk to help me. I went to the front desk; they said there is no manager on duty! Please do not come to get your car fix if you want to receive a great customer service. Worst dealership ever.
The service advisor who helped me with my SUV was very efficient and helpful. I’ve bought many cars in the past from different dealerships, but never had the experience like I do at South Motors. Marcelino was there to help me with my oil change and other questions I had about my vehicle. He was patient and attentive. He made the process so much smoother and answered all my questions without being rushed away. This is absolutely important for me. My next visit I will be making sure I look for him to exceed my expectations. Thanks to Marcelino for all your help!!
False Advertising! Buyer beware. If you were lured by their recent advertisement, don’t waste your time driving out of your way to visit this location. I made the mistake driving an hour to realize this. I am shopping my daughter who has perfect credit and perfect payment history with Honda on a lease trade-in that is in perfect condition with less than 20k miles after a 3 year 36k mile lease. $78 a month, ZERO down does not exist. It’s a lie. Don’t be misled. Of course, the advertisement was specifically designed to deceive you AND get you in the door. Just go to your local Honda dealer, if you want one. They will be just as competitive or not as all the other dealers. Also, just tel them that you are “shopping around for the best deal and that you will not negotiate. If they don’t come with the beat offer, you won’t be accepting it and they will not get your business.”
I have been going to South Honda Motors for over 5 years with 2 vehicles. The most recent service with Sergio Jimenez as my service my manager was excellent!! He communicated with me every step of the way, walked me through pricing, took into account my years of loyalty at Honda, and was super friendly, courteous and honest. I will specifically be asking to work with Sergio every time. Overall, the prices were a bit high, but I guess you can expect that at a dealer, leaving me to pick and choose what to get done there and what to save for trips to autozone etc. But overall, a great experience, the new facility is amazing, and the car was clean when it was returned to me.
I was very happy with my buying experience. I am giving them five stars for this. My only issue has been with the service department. My friend brought her car in and I paid $120 for an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash and they didn't wash or vacuum the car out. I understand it's a free car wash but when this is not done I question if their oil or tires where rotated as I use to work for a car dealership (not in the Miami area) that technicians would often not perform the services paid for. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that the work was done but to have the car not washed with no explanation makes you question the dealerships work. I have been trying to reach out but have not had anyone contact me back.
I called South Motor Honda for a 2023 Honda HR-V sport. I spoke to Jose on the phone and told him the deal I was being offered at another Honda dealer. I told him even though I had the deal, I still had to wait 1-2 weeks out because the vehicle was in transit and I was looking to get it asap. He said to come in to the dealer that they would receiving the said car by Sunday(3 days from today). I told him If I can send him by email a copy of the deal structure offered by the other local Honda dealer since I didnt want to waste their time or mines(I live far). He said it would not help and that I needed to come in regardless, but they would be able to match it or beat the said lease quote. I finally said okay and drove there. He told me to ask for the sales manager Ariel. I arrived so South Motor Honda and asked for Ariel but another salesperson said he would get my info and try to help me. I explained everything to him and he left for a few minutes. When he came back, he said they can't match the deal or get even close to it. Long story short, those $1000 they offer as guarantee on their website if they don't beat the deal is a lie. Additionally, the car I was told arrived in 3 days was not available due to being under deposit. So they will lie on the phone to get you there and end up wasting your time. P.S. There are few dealers in the vicinity not over charging with "market adjustment" and probably won't waste customers valuable time either. Very disappointed in this Honda dealer.
I was on time with my appointment as soon as I drove up. I was seen by your Agent. More than impressed with his manner and attitude In no time my car was ready Washed and. I am very satisfied and impressed will never leave. Honda my third car from you. Excellent SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SPOTON.
GREAT experience !!! The drop-off was quick and efficient. The new system is super high-tech: They texted my phone with videos of the drop-off inspection and the technician's inspection, showing me the problems he found. I also received a text message keeping me posted of the status of my car's repair. I then received a text message allowing me to "accept" or "decline" the recommended services - super high-tech and efficient system, compared to phone calls in the old-fashioned days. Everyone I dealt with were nice, professional, and efficient. My car was finished in less than 2 hrs., and I expected it to be later in the day. I can't say enough about how happy I was with this experience, when normally I would be anxious about my car repairs. Thank you !
