Free scratch art... Yay! Go for maintenance and get scratch art on your car paint from their most advanced car wash machine totally FREE! (Car wash that you didn't ask for) And yeah, don't ask them about it. While they accept that their car wash is the real Artist, they don't like to take any credits. Also, enjoy the free coffee, while the Artist is working on your car. Update: Bonus: After washing my car I found that they must have removed my Front bumper (Probably for remote services hardware upgrade) and didn't put it correctly back in place. There are misplaced bumper parts and gaps between headlights and bumper. And if this is not due to some installation, I have so many question on how this can happen during an oil change. Update 2: Called on the given phone number to talk to someone regarding the issues, my call was transferred to someone which eventually went to VOICE MAIL.

Had a great phone call with a sales associate (who said she worked upstairs in e-sales) on the phone prior to coming in to buy a 2022 M4 Competition XDrive in Brooklyn Grey Metallic with Red Interior. This car was listed with 1500 miles. When I came in to test drive it (and buy it today) it had whoever was using as a daily driver jacket on the back floor, sunglasses in the side door, pen laying on the passenger seat, phone holder connected to the air vent and charging cord in the USB, and now over 2000 miles on the dash! All this didn't even bother me to much although they had over an hour to clear that out knowing I was coming to see it. The paired me up with the worst salesman I have ever talked with Alec Kisin. He looked confused when I came in and told him I was here to see this car, almost disappointed that I wasn't going to see a new car maybe? No greeting at all, I had to ask him how he was doing after we were walking outside to finally see the car, and he said good, and didn't bother to return the courtesy to see how I am doing. Also this guy is walking around with one AirPod in his ear (hopefully listening to something that helps him get through the day). I test drove the car, and he was going to get an appraisal on my 2005 M3 Competition package with 84k miles, 6 speed manual, Silver Gray Metallic with Imola Red interior (a true classic M car). This guy proceeds to ask me what I want for the car, I said what are you offering (he had no number). I told him what I paid recently for the car, and he was shocked and kept saying for that car? For that car? Multiple times!! Extremely rude, and walks away saying we're not even in the same ballpark without even giving me a price. I said to myself this joker has no clue about BMW's and is a completely unprofessional, I wouldn't buy a gum ball from this dealership and will never go here again doesn't matter what car they have in stock!! I will stick with BMW Mountain View where I had an extremely great experience buying my 2021 430i. I walked away got in my car and drove home, and he called me when I was about half way home, and I told him all of this and more. Horrible experience, will never recommend this place, and would never even consider going back. Period.

I chose this location over BMW Fremont because the cars there are overpriced and have way too many miles. I came here yesterday after finding the SAV that I wanted online. Not realizing I walked in to the wrong area, a nice lady in service called a sales rep for me and the rest was history. My consultant was Tejinder aka TJ and he was AWESOME!! He was very professional and kind during the entire process, which is appreciated, and that explains why he has so many work awards at his work station because he clearly is a hard worker and deserves the recognition. I wasn't at the dealer as long as one would normally be when purchasing a vehicle. Also thanks to the financial advisor (I believe his name is Bill) who thoroughly explained everything as I was signing paperwork. I bought my first BMW in LA 4 years ago, but it was time to upgrade for more space. Both experiences were pleasant which is very important to me and also the reason I will be a lifelong BMW owner. My only complaint is the length of time it takes to receive the decal for the license plate. It takes far too long just to get a sticker.

David from Stevens Creek BMW is the best! I was there to buy my first used car. Since I never owned a car, I never had an auto-insurance. Some dealers would not let you test drive their car if you have not owned a car before. However, dealers have their own insurance and thus this dealer allowed me to test drive the car I was planning to buy. David answered all my questions, and even detailed my car. And while my car was in the dealer, they provided me another BMW as a loaner to help me get around and do my job. I had a great experience at the dealer :) Thanks to David.

My experience with Stevens Creek BMW was excellent. We were able to test drive two versions of the i series vehicles. After doing my research and returning with more questions, I was fortunate enough to purchase within a month. No pressure, but continued support in meeting my needs in a timely fashion. I'm sure there was some luck involved, but I'll take that along the support from managers Quinn and Liz. I've put more miles on my i4 in one month than I did in the prior two months... Happy customer!
