I live in Texas but am in Iowa, working. I needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle. They were easy to communicate with, over the phone, and quickly got me set up in a truck. I dealt with Mike Grubbs (Sales) and Jack Porter (Finance). The first truck they had planned for me ended up having a transmission issue but they found it before it was sent to me!! They found a different truck (that I ended up liking better anyway) and had it delivered to me by two very nice Retirees. I am happy with my purchase and will, gladly, deal with them again in the future.

Just purchased a pre-owned Ram 2500 and had a great experience. Uncertain about how "in" I might be on a purchase I met James Wilson. His neat hat told me from the get-go this guy was chill. He showed me the inventory I was interested in and offered options but didn't force any on me. And that's what the whole experience was. No pressure, no hovering, no false expectations like you might get at some dealerships. We honed in on what I wanted and it was easy. James checked on me with a couple of calls but in a helpful way. The dealership worked with me on financing that compared favorably to some other options I had. The closing was fast and the finance man was a good guy. They were all honest with me and the truck was fairly priced. Also gave me a really good trade in price. I am already digging the vehicle and highly recommend a visit to Toliver Ram in Mineola. I just want everyone to know you really need to come see John in the service department 😃 he really and truly helped me and made my day! I was struggling with a tire lock key issue and he truly went above and beyond to help me out even down to helping me get my newborn baby out of my vehicle since I just had a surgery! I have never actually seen a place be this nice and helpful definitely recommend them!!!
