We had the pleasure of working with Chris “Spoon”. He was hands down the best I’ve ever done a deal with. For one, he was incredibly nice and humble. He did his best at making sure we left with the best deal there was for a car. We honestly just went there to test drive but by the end of the day, we drove away with a new car! Throughout the day, we felt taken care of and happy we got Spoon as our guy! We will recommend him to anyone!

Over three hours for a simple oil change with an appointment on a Monday. Either the mechanics are the worst known to man or they don’t hold true to their appointments. I would recommend staying away at all possible costs. Took 15 minutes just to get somebody to come and take my car. Place only cares about 5 star reviews and thinks free small drink tokens makes everything better lol. Still here 30 minutes waiting on a call back from the owner can’t even get that right

First of All I want to thank my Wife Ana E Hernandez-Garza and our daughter Diana, they were car shopping for her. They walked and looked at one for her while also looking for me. The located a 2022 CRV Silver in color. She called me and convinced me to come down and look with her and Diana at her possible selection. Then things moved on and we got to the point to check their choice for me. It was like instantly that’s the one. It was pretty low on gas so we did a short test drive. Then it was time for Jonathan Desarme to get down to brass tacks. He spoke candidly with my wife and I, and asked what we where comfortable with putting down. We told him what we had to start with and what would be added when it came into our possession. He went off with for his 1st jaunt back and forth with Finance guys. This took several attempts over a short period of time, mind you Ana and Diana had already been there for close to 5 hours already. When the Final numbers came back and were acceptable for us, it was time to meet the Finance half Shajit Choudary. I really want to give some huge praise to to both of these Men. They were very courteous in every step of the way. They were exemplary to this highest degree and welcomed myself and wife into the Honda Family with open arms. This is a Vehicle that I’ve always dreamt and f owning and never could imagine to really get. I am so very fortunate to have my Wife and Daughter to have known me better than my own self. Then to have Jonathan and Shajit be the one to make My and my Wife’s dream come true. It really was a a true thing when you see the Honda Commercials and they truly being genuinely as one would come to expect. Vandergriff Honda has earned my business for life. Bought my car here 3 years ago, then got my 2 sisters to buy their cars at this location too! I love the people and the vibe every time i go in for my service. Chris has always been super helpful and kind from the very start! He always makes time to schedule me in even when I need service last minute! This was by far the best experience we have had with a car salesman. Jorge was pleasant, professional, courteous, patient and understanding. On top of that, we appreciated the comprehensive communication that was in place to support his efforts, and the dealership was clean and organized. If the available Honda models could have accommodated our special needs, we would have bought a vehicle on the spot. We left actually having had fun! Great job!

I will give you the facts and you be the judge of weather you want to take your vehicle to Vandergriff Honda. I called Vandergriff Honda Service Center on a Monday afternoon. Told the representative I needed a starter replacement for my 2015 Honda. He gave me an appointment to bring the vehicle in Tuesday at 12:15pm. The vehicle was towed to the service center on Tuesday at 11:30am. My vehicle was not ready for pick up until 4:00pm the following day, Wednesday. The only work done was replace the starter on my 2015 Honda. The bill presented to me was $1253.00. The service representative reduced the price to $1203.00 after telling him I was a AAA member. I protested the cost to just replace a starter! After a lengthy discussion with the service manager, the cost was reduced to $1022.00. If you can leave your vehicle for a couple of days and don't mind paying $1022.00 for a new starter, then by all means take your vehicle to Vandergriff for service. They are very nice people and will be glad to have your business. On the other hand, if you don't like being without a vehicle for 2 days and feel the cost is not reasonable, then check online and you will see at least a dozen reputable auto repair businesses within 10 miles of your home. And, oh by the way, if you do get your repairs done at Vandergriff and decide you want to pay with a credit card, be prepared to pay and extra 2% for the privilege.

I just want to give a big shout out to two amazing employees. Juliet at the front desk was was very professional, & such a big help. And Natalie in accounting was so knowledgeable, & fast. These two ladies made my experience so relaxing, & enjoyable. I bought my current car from Vandergriff, & because of them will definitely be back.
