Bought a beautiful 2012 X5 M from a dealer up in Denver (75k miles), but soon after I had it parked in my garage I noticed it leaked oil all over so I brought it here. To start, this car was the biggest nightmare I ever got myself into. All the hoses and fittings are designed to break or wear out within a short amount of time forcing you to bring this car back to bmw over and over again. I believe they even recalled this engine and offered customers a complete new engine in replacement because this product was so bad (at least thats what some previous owners have told me). I was told the leak was my rear main seal and it would be approximately 5 thousand dollars to fix. So they fix it, then it kept leaking. I had to bring it back 5 times for that (they would 'fix' it, send it home with me and it would continue to leak). Then the engine was misfiring after that and the service engine light would come on if you put it into M mode. These problems happened in their parking lot literally right after they gave me the vehicle to take home saying 'all is good'. Approximately 12 THOUSAND DOLLARS later, the car still leaks. NOW they are telling me I have to replace a SECOND oil pan to the tune of another 5 thousand dollars. The car is worth 18k at best. If this isn't considered a lemon I don't know what is. So not only do I feel taken by the dealer in Denver, BMW literally took as much money from me as they could (knowing the problems that exist with this car) and left me with a bigger problem than when I started. I emailed them the other day to get my history because I'm going to try and sell this junk with no response after I gave them all that money. That triggered me to write my review and terrible time I've had with this car manufacturer and service center.

I have to tip my hat to this dealership for the great service experience. Never have we experienced the quality of service that Tracy has provided. We coordinated with the service department on a short vacation we were taking to drop the car off and pick it up the day we flew back into Denver. I stayed in contact with the service department to let them know all aspects of our travel plans. This is where Tracy went the extra mile! Our flight landed at 4:00 and service closed at 5:00. No way would we make it! Tracy text and said no problem! She stayed in order to hand deliver our keys to us! I mean WOW! I know this was just a circumstance where the stars aligned but for her to have put this together to ease our mind and allow us to be in the comfort of our own home after 7 1/2 hours of traveling was just amazing. Hats off to this wonderful lady! This service department has a gem in Tracy!

My experience with Jeremy Bink and with Jake Gordon could not have been better. I I negotiated my deal from 350 miles away, showed up, and getting the paperwork done took less than an hour. Jake spent all the time with me I needed teaching me the car, which as many features my previous X3 did not. Both were good company and quite expert and professional. Would have, as always, liked a lower price but that is market today...I recommend Winslow wholeheartedly - they are worth the drive
