I had the best experience even with the high demand for cars currently. Corey helped me determine what car would work for me best and worked to find it for me. While I was waiting for delivery, communication continued so I knew how to plan correctly. When it was time, Corey made sure everything was in place so there would be no hiccups. This is my second Acura and I never thought I would love something more then the TLX I traded in but... this RDX is wonderful! I couldn't be happier with the features, ride, and overall quality of my new car. It was totally worth the wait and I am highly satisfied with all aspects of this purchase. Well done Zimbrick!

I had a service appointment with Tim after I got 4 flat tires and 4 bent rims. Tim did everything he could to keep the service affordable for me and I picked the car up in perfect condition. I highly recommend this dealer for Acura servicing, especially with Tim running the service department.

Update. Well I have to say I am pretty happy today with Acura of Middleton Got what I needed in one day and it was a perfect excuse to come see the new Integra which is I think an ILX with different badging but I will let you know... All them bricks are very good rides but ya something isn't the same. Acura as a whole has gone downhill in their customer service which yeah it's really probably about money because when they used to make less models and cheaper models their service was great no they make all expensive models and their service is poor only explanation is that they are getting greedy what Zimbrick and especially Zimbrick Acura is awesome I just wish Acura has a hole was more like the company that used to be

Would give them zero but I can't. Ready to buy a car and loose money on my own but because I live 15 minutes away fromthe Wisconsin border they want to charge me 2500 extra for a protection package that doesn't matter for a new car. What a hack

I recently took delivery of the 2021 Acura NSX and wanted to share my exceptional customer experience working with Corey Reilly and Zimbrick Acura. My journey started over 5 months ago when I ordered the car from the factory (PMC) with help from Corey providing timely feedback on the entire process. I was referred to Corey and Zimbrick from another Acura owner who also had a great experience. Corey was not only knowledgeable but also responded to all of my questions with sense of urgency that I have yet to experience at a dealership. My car arrived a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. Everything that I specified during the delivery process was taken care of just like he promised, and he came in on his day off to ensure my delivery went smoothly. Furthermore, the whole paperwork process was flawless and I was literally out the door in under an hour with absolutely zero drama and surprises. Again, I can’t thank Corey enough for his patience and empathy during the long build/delivery process, and dealing with an OCD customer like myself.
